Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das Gebäude ragt mit einer Wand über das Wasser. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir seitlichen Meerblick.
Die Zimmer waren gross und gemütlich.
An beiden Seiten des Doppelbettes gab es Leselampen, die funktionirrten ( das ist nicht in jedem Hotel so).
Die Bar/Bistro mit Aussenbereich war ein schöner Platz mit total angrnehmer Atmosphäre, um dort Bier zu trinien und über das Wasser zu schauen
Wunderbar reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frschen Zutaten (Müsli. Milch, Obst, 2 Sorten Lachs).
Das Abendessen im Restaurant (Fisch und Rentier) war köstlich (lokale frische Zutaten) und gut zusammengestellt.
Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal überall im Hotel.

Die Betten hatten in unserem Verständnis zu weiche Matratzen. Sonst war alles sehr gut.
Näkymä huoneesta merelle oli kiva vaikkakin huone ei ollut parhaalla kohdilla sen suhteen. Vaikuttiko että matkustimme koiran kanssa.
Hieman tylyä palvelua. Ei tervehditty kun hotellissa käveltiin. Pientä sekaannusta ruuan tilauksen kanssa ravintolassa.
Lokit kirkui ajoittain äänekkäästi.

Tolle Lage, unkomplizierter Check-In, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer war bereits um 09:00 Uhr ohne Aufpreis verfügbar.
Ease of moving through hotel on lifts, good restaurant with great view over the water. Room clean, well designed and quiet.
Check-in was VERY VERY long due to the arrival of many guests from an incoming flight. More people at the desk and organised pre-check in would have been invaluable. Room had no place but the floor to put luggage and unpack.
had a fabulous room with a lovely view of the sea. It was hot but the hotel provided a fan which was perfect
The breakfast was delicious . Huge buffet with huge variety of food, drinks and fruit, breads , cheeses etc etc
the restaurant menu was a bit limited and expensive
the very long wait when we arrived. there was only one poor person handling all the bus load of people. It took so long the restaurant closed and we couldn't get any dinner
I you need a hotel as far north in Europe as possible :-) ie, in Kirkenäs. This hotel is probably the absolutely best choice.. Excellent newer hotel. Stayed here one night during a businestrip. Even flightstaff from the airport use this hotel. Check-in was VERY slow. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, but worked a very slow system it seemed. The hotel was very clean and in perfect order. The rooms were well equipped, but did not have 5 star furnishing, but was as said in good order anyway. excellent bathroom. Good beds. Ironingboard as well as a fridge and a safe. The location is smack bang in the citycenter, with wonderful views over the water. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast alone is worth the trip up this far north. Overall this hotel is a great choice and I hope I will come back to this fantastic place and great hotel again.

The breakfast was very good. We enjoy it. I hope that they should consider to have a lunch or dinner buffet too!
