A very homey place to stay.
Pros:

I booked the family room - space is sufficient, room is clean. Bathroom is clean. Water heater works well. They provide tea and coffee amenities. The breakfast was light but filling. Overall - it is perfect for family stay.

WiFi works fine. Board Games and Guitar are available at the lounge if you are looking for something to do.

I would always choose this accommodation whenever visiting Blue Mountain. Special thanks to Cecilia for staying back beyond the check-in time.

Pros:

The location is excellent, providing convenient access to amenities, including a two-minute walk to the town center. The proximity of the RSL, directly across the road, offers a convenient option for dining. Reservations are recommended.

Cons:

The window on one side was duct-taped with a tissue in the top right corner, plus you could see mold growing on the bottom left side of the window.

Warm Hospitality in a Wonderful Little Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blue in Katoomba. It’s a charming little hotel in a beautiful location in the Blue Mountains.

What made our stay especially enjoyable was the warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and their genuine hospitality made us feel comfortable and well looked after.

A lovely place to stay if you want to experience Katoomba and the beauty of the Blue Mountains. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend Hotel Blue to others.

Comfortable but service could be better
Pros:

It was right next to a nice refurbished RSL, very convenient for good food. The beds were comfortable and staff we encountered were very friendly, but we don’t see them very much.

Cons:

The building was old, so the floorboards were creaking. The rooms very quite small and we were a family of 4, so they joint the rooms for us. It seemed weird when we could actually open the door of the second room from the inside, but there were no door knob of the outside. The bathroom was very tight and the shower was difficult to control the temperatures. The complimentary breakfast only had bread and toast, yoghurt was nearly empty and butter was also nearly empty. It really looked like they were run by families and very understaffed. Towels were not replaced during the two days we were there.

Pros:

The hotel room were comfy. The breakfast were small but great. The staffs were lovely. It's near to the local restaurants.

Cons:

Although the room were clean and comfy, I could smell the dust right away, may be from the carpet. As a person high allergic to dust, I wasn't looking forward to this. The entire hotel needs a good carpet cleaning.
