Overall facilities needs upgrades
Pros:

The location was easy and close to venue

Cons:

Breakfast was cold no orange juice. Ice was only available on the 3rd floor. Door did not lock and was able to be pushed open without key card. Bathtub filled up while showering and there was mold on the curtains.

No one at desk for 15 min to check in, door was open when I went to room, door frame was broken, toilet seat was broken, front desk said he new about door frame broke and im ok, side door to building not locked the whole time can just walk in building, ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work, alarm clock went off at 12 am and buttons didn't work to turn off, no sign to not come in room for housekeeping

The bed was comfortable. The location was good also.

Cons:

I didn't like the hair was in my bed and it was not mine. It was also in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The shower was not clean.

The staff was super rude, they did not provide the facilities I needed, The room was unclean and smelled of marijuana . I had a Horrible experience! I would never recommend it and the pictures are all AI and fake the facility does not look like them at all

Im Zimmer fanden wir noch Rückstände vom Vormieter. Dazu war es dreckig.
