Been several times before but standards have dropped and requires modernising.
Pros:

The gym was well equipped.

Cons:

Poor food offering, staff unhelpful.
40 minutes wait for a raw pizza 😬

Pros:

The staff speaks very good English and are really friendly, they made me a free upgrade to a beautiful suite. Rooms are spacious, super clean, big toilet with enough toilettres. No smoking smell as is normal in many hotels in China, very comfy bed. Breakfast was variagated with lots of western options. The hotel itself is super nice, I really recommend.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was super nice
