Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, für Ausflüge nach Dangast, Wilhelmshaven, Oldenburg ideal gelegen.

Cons:

Auf dem ersten Blick gibt es bei Sauberkeit, sagen wir mal, Verbesserungspotenzial.
Der Teppichboden im Restaurant ist stark verschmutzt. Es sollte sich gefragt werden, ob hier ein Parkettboden vorteilhafter wäre.
Bei der Zimmerreinigung bedarf es von Zeit zu Zeit eine Kontrolle der Hotelleitung.
Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, die Zimmer sind, oberflächlich betrachtet, sauber, jedoch wenn genauer hingeschaut wird, werden Mängel festgestellt.

Das Essen war sehr gut das Restaurant schön und das Personal freundlich im Restaurant

Cons:

Wir wollten einen schönen Nachmittag in dem Hotel verbringen abends schön essen und so weiter leider wurde unser Zimmer erst um 17 Uhr fertig so dass wir den Spabereich kaum nutzen konnten
Da wären wir lieber in ein Hotel direkt am Wasser gegangen und hätten den Tag genossen so haben wir eigentlich nur da gesessen und auf unsere Zimmer gewartet
Auf meine Frage ob wir vielleicht stornieren können hat man nur geantwortet ich könnte einen Kaffee Gutschein haben den wollte ich aber nicht

Wenn man mal ganz in Ruhe entspannen möchte ist man hier richtig
Pros:

Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Generell war das essen sehr gut.
Das Restaurant war nicht billig , aber sehr gut.
Dias Premium Zimmer mit Balkon, war Ruhig gelegen. Die Dusche behindertengerecht.

Pros:

Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Es gab viele Sorten Brötchen, die vom Bäcker waren. Das Zimmer war schön groß. Toilette vom Bad getrennt. Terrasse schön groß.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Umgebung perfekt.

Cons:

Ich würde mir ein größeres Angebot zum
Abendessen wünschen, was sich preislich von.....bis
gestaltet.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus, 2.Stock ohne Aufzug! Gepäck für eine Kreuzfahrt dabei. Der Balkon war dreckig, und im Flur vor den Zimmern wurde schon lange nicht gesaugt! Anscheinend bekommt man für eine Nacht kein besseres Zimmer. Das Abendessen erschien uns viel zu teuer!
