Friendly staff. Excellent location.

The woman working today 7/29 at around 2:30pm was extremely rude and impatient with me for no reason whatsoever and basically threw/slammed down a valuable package of mine? & When I asked her to please not do that she just asked me for a name after already doing so 3 times & being told 3 times. I was completely polite so I’m confused, I don’t know her name but that was unacceptable, who knows what other belongings that don’t belong to her she’s throwing around because of her temper lol. No hospitality

Never even stayed they didn’t have rooms so they couldn’t honor the reservation

A little disappointed for what we paid. The toilet paper was tissue thin and like sandpaper, there were no cups in the room for the coffee maker, and we were told the hotel does not provide cups any longer, and there was garbage in the hallway each day from other ate in their room and put the garbage in the hallway.

Enjoyable stay for 1 night

Location was easy to find. Very friendly staff.

No microwave in room. No coffee cups in room. No breakfast provided. No coffee or tea in lobby. Room 430 sink does not drain. 4th floor ice machine inoperative. No USB charging ports. Noisy HVAC. Tiny unwrapped bar of soap on sink.

The pool was nice, a pretty decent size, the whole area was pretty clean and our 5 year old loved every second of it. They had plenty of seating and towels. The bathroom was big, and the shower was really nice. The beds were comfy, and seemingly clean(but then again who knows because we found toenails on the floor, which tells me they don't make an effort to really clean the rooms)

I've left one-star reviews before, but I've never experienced anything this aggressive or threatening from hotel staff.

During my recent stay, the bartender was absent from the bar for roughly 20 minutes. When another guest simply asked where he'd been, he became aggressive and threw them out. He then came back to the bar and started bragging about it to me and another patron. When we didn't play along, he turned on us.

He was visibly intoxicated. He repeatedly threatened to physically remove me from the hotel — telling me I could "get my stuff from my room later." He also claimed he was going to call commanders at a local Army Reserve unit to have me ejected. I'm an Army reservist. That threat was unhinged.

This wasn't a bad night of service. This was an intoxicated employee making explicit physical threats to a guest who had done nothing wrong. I've contacted hotel management directly and am waiting to see how this is handled.

Stay elsewhere until this is addressed.

Staff was kind. Very pleasant.
