Extremely rude staff. They couldn’t find our booking.com reservation, refused to talk to me and hung up on the booking.com people trying to help. We had to cancel and find another hotel on short notice.

Pros:

No microwave in room. No coffee cups in room. No breakfast provided. No coffee or tea in lobby. Room 430 sink does not drain. 4th floor ice machine inoperative. No USB charging ports. Noisy HVAC. Tiny unwrapped bar of soap on sink.

Not worth any of your money
Pros:

The pool was nice, a pretty decent size, the whole area was pretty clean and our 5 year old loved every second of it. They had plenty of seating and towels. The bathroom was big, and the shower was really nice. The beds were comfy, and seemingly clean(but then again who knows because we found toenails on the floor, which tells me they don't make an effort to really clean the rooms)

Cons:

The entire lobby smelt strongly of pee, which immediately put us off. Thankfully the room we stayed in did not, but the second you got off the elevator it hit you in the face. The room itself was dirty, a previous guests trash was hidden underneath the curtains, and my partner kept finding toenails on the floor-disgusting. From a first glance you would have no idea. I will absolutely never stay here again. I understand this is not a luxury hotel, and I did not spend even $200 for our room, but that is not an excuse to not ensure the rooms are actually cleaned.

First time experience with staff this bad
Pros:

I've left one-star reviews before, but I've never experienced anything this aggressive or threatening from hotel staff.

During my recent stay, the bartender was absent from the bar for roughly 20 minutes. When another guest simply asked where he'd been, he became aggressive and threw them out. He then came back to the bar and started bragging about it to me and another patron. When we didn't play along, he turned on us.

He was visibly intoxicated. He repeatedly threatened to physically remove me from the hotel — telling me I could "get my stuff from my room later." He also claimed he was going to call commanders at a local Army Reserve unit to have me ejected. I'm an Army reservist. That threat was unhinged.

This wasn't a bad night of service. This was an intoxicated employee making explicit physical threats to a guest who had done nothing wrong. I've contacted hotel management directly and am waiting to see how this is handled.

Stay elsewhere until this is addressed.

Pros:

Staff was kind. Very pleasant.

Cons:

Tried check in 1 hour early. Said rooms wernt ready. Check in at 3. Went to our room. It was dirty, bed still a mess from whoever stayed the night before, old food,towels all over. Staff did get us a new room right away. And we're very pleasant.
