We found surprising value at an ideal location.
Pros:

The location of this hotel can not be beat. It is so close to locations that are important and beautiful. The walkable amenities were astounding. Go to City Kitchen right there. The food is incredible.

Cons:

Our room was cold and then when we turned up the temperature, the a/c switched immediately to heat with a terrifying and horrible electric smell.

Underwhelming, Needs Work
Pros:

I checked in on 7/6 and full housekeeping was offered to me as an option on 7/7 by the employee who checked me in. No one ever showed up. And then I was scrambling around at 10pm on 7/7 after a long day trying to get clean towels at least.
The breakfast was extremely underwhelming and nearly empty by 8:30 am with no signs of being replenished, so we skipped it entirely the following day.
Parking was a total hassle.
Rooms need updating. Our room’s rug had stains all over it. The air conditioning unit sounded like a tractor trailer plowing through our room.
Housekeeping could use work. There was a stain on the bathroom floor, a brown soda stain on the TV stand, and the corners of the shower were moldy.
Tv is very small and only able to be seen from the closer bed. Why isn’t it more centered?

They do not clean the room.
Pros:

Attending NFL 2026 Draft, we spent 3 nights at the hotel, perfectly located at this area (beautiful and accessible). In all those days the room was not cleaned, despite the fact we notified to the front desk. It was very frustrated after all day you get to your room and beds was not made and the room was not cleaned neither.

The Bakery Square Springhill Suites gets a perfect score for location, facilities and friendliness!
Pros:

First and foremost, the staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view of the park and square down below. Even though we did not get to take advantage of it, LA Fitness was free for our use.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything.

I would definitely recommend this location if you want to stay outside of the immediate downtown:)
Pros:

Clean. Renovated. Great little area with shops and food. 15 minutes from downtown. Front desk pleasant and helpful. Easy inexpensive parking attached. LA FitnessGym access !

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean . But, I expected more.
Pros:

Staff and location were good

Cons:

The bed was hard, pillows were horrible and the sheets weren’t soft. There is a 2 inch gap under the door allowing light from the hallway to be seen all night.

The breakfast was good, and the coffee was ready early, which is good as I am an early riser.
The staff were very friendly!

Cons:

Being charged for parking; as a guest of the hotel, I feel we should have gotten free or at least discounted parking.
The floor an the ground level entry was very slippery (almost greasy), which could pose a risk to visitors.
