Attending NFL 2026 Draft, we spent 3 nights at the hotel, perfectly located at this area (beautiful and accessible). In all those days the room was not cleaned, despite the fact we notified to the front desk. It was very frustrated after all day you get to your room and beds was not made and the room was not cleaned neither.
First and foremost, the staff was super-friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet with a great view of the park and square down below. Even though we did not get to take advantage of it, LA Fitness was free for our use.
I cannot think of anything.
Clean. Renovated. Great little area with shops and food. 15 minutes from downtown. Front desk pleasant and helpful. Easy inexpensive parking attached. LA FitnessGym access !
Not one complaint
Location and good room layout
Garage fees and access is cumbersome
No housekeeping service after the first night there
Staff and location were good
The bed was hard, pillows were horrible and the sheets weren’t soft. There is a 2 inch gap under the door allowing light from the hallway to be seen all night.
Nice property and friendly staff.
Parking garage
The breakfast was good, and the coffee was ready early, which is good as I am an early riser.
The staff were very friendly!
Being charged for parking; as a guest of the hotel, I feel we should have gotten free or at least discounted parking.
The floor an the ground level entry was very slippery (almost greasy), which could pose a risk to visitors.
I want to personally say thank you to the staff (a woman) who was on at around 6am (a little after). She saw us leaving super early with two sleepy kids in tow. It was not breakfast yet, but she offered us two muffins, and went and got them, putting them in a bowl and got napkins too.
For her to go above and beyond, was awesome, and I appreciate her more than anything!
Everyone else was nice too! I love the little shopping area, though wish they had more family friendly selections.
The Soap/Shampoo in the shower
But everyone seems to have the Lavender soaps in the shower. I hate Lavender, so I wish there was another selection (even if at the desk). It's just me that doesn't like it, but Lavender is my least favorite smell along with Patcholi.
Staff was friendly and polite
Coffee was bad same as last year
Ran out of coffee
The gentleman that worked the frontdesk during the evening showed so much hospitality and customer service. I believe his name is Shawn.
