Accueil très cordial avec une préposée qui a su bien expliquer les particularités de l'hôtel et du stationnement.

Cons:

La sortie du stationnement est acrobatique. Les nombreuses marques au mur en témoignent.

Une équipe jeune , acceuillante et tres serviable. À noter l extrême gentillesse du veilleur de nuit qui a accepté de ns préparer avec délicatesse des plateaux repas un jour férié..alors que les restaurants aux alentours étaient fermés ou complets.

Cons:

1. Le parking est accessible uniquement pour les voitures de petit gabarit. Risque d y descendre avec un long véhicule.
2. Chambre propre mais petite et équipement au strict minimum
3. L hôtel est assez éloigné du centre ville d Annecy même si bien desservi par les transports en commun. Possible de rejoindre Annecy en suivant la rivière le thiou à pied ou en vélo via jolie ballade.

Chambre salle wc et douche non laver et surtout dans les draps il y avait des cheveux et des poils ! Les mure y’a des traces de partout ces hyper sales vraiment dégoûter
