Pros:

La posizione era ottima, ad un minuto a piedi dalla metro, e 5 minuti da Galata tower, sotto all'hotel pieno di locali notturni, non si sente la preghiera, la colazione inclusa era molto abbondante. La vista sia di giorni che di notte mozzafiato dalla nostra camera all'ottavo piano

Очень удобное местоположение — в 5 минутах ходьбы от всех достопримечательностей Бейоглу, рядом есть минимаркет с дешевыми продуктами, а также любая еда, станция метро Sisane — удобно добираться в аэропорт.

Номера не новые, но вполне приемлемые — чисто, убирают и меняют полотенца, а также дают воду каждый день.

Спа зона довольно компактная: сауна, хамам и джакузи максимум на 4 человека, но я была дважды и никого кроме меня не было вообще. Первый раз всё было хорошо, во второй раз в душе ощущался не очень приятный затхлый запах и в джакузи плавали мухи.

На завтрак предлагают шведский стол: зелень, овощи, яйца вареные и омлет, оладушки, несколько видов сыров и ветчины, маслины, 1-2 турецких закуски — типа нут и что-то подобное. Один раз давали вкусные тушеные овощи. Также йогурт, варенье, шоколадная паста. Фруктов и сладостей выбора почти нет.

Вид из окна очень живописный.

Cons:

На террасе напротив окон находится ночной клуб — в пятницу было просто невозможно спать с 10.30 до 3 часов ночи из-за громкой музыки и басов. Я слышала их даже с закрытым окном и с включенным на полную громкость шумом дождя в наушниках — это было очень неприятно. В ночь с воскресенья на понедельник музыки не было.

Освещение в номере очень слабое, вечером невозможно читать или делать что-то подобное.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 a.m. after our flight from the airport. Unfortunately, there was extremely loud music coming from the rooftop venue/bar directly opposite the hotel. We could not sleep, so we had to stay outside until around 3:30 a.m., when the music finally stopped.

At around 7 a.m., we were woken up again by the sound of the elevator and practically every noise coming from the hallway. The soundproofing is extremely poor, and you can hear almost everything.

The following evening, we asked at reception whether it would be possible to change our room because of the noise. We were told that room changes could only be handled in the morning. By that point, we were already extremely exhausted after barely sleeping the previous night. As no solution was offered for that night, we had no choice but to leave and spend the night at another hotel. We returned the following day.

Fortunately, there were no more rooftop parties opposite the hotel during the rest of our stay. However, the poor soundproofing remained a major problem. From around 7 a.m., we could hear the elevator, people walking in the hallway, doors closing, and practically every other noise around us.

The room itself also did not meet the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel. The walls were dirty, there was visible dust on the wallpaper, and overall the room did not feel properly maintained.

Breakfast was another disappointment. There were repeatedly no cups or glasses available, which made the experience unnecessarily inconvenient.

The attitude of most of the staff was also disappointing. The lady at reception and the gentleman from housekeeping on our floor were the only employees who consistently greeted us or responded to our greetings. The other gentlemen at reception and the ladies at breakfast generally did not greet us, smile, or show much interest in the guests. The overall atmosphere felt very cold and unwelcoming.

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Tulip City Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, transportation, and many attractions. It made exploring Istanbul much easier and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was very nice, with a good variety of choices, and we especially enjoyed the coffee. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, polite, and helpful.

I would also like to give a special thank you to Payam from room service. He was exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional. He did an excellent job and was always willing to offer help whenever we needed it. His kindness and excellent service truly stood out.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved. The elevator was not always convenient, and there was some renovation work taking place during our stay, which caused some noise. We also experienced some street noise, particularly at certain times.
