Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal, das Frühstück, die Aussicht von meinen Zimmer (1.503).
An der Rezeption waren die lieben Hasna und die Kellnerin Fatma sehr nett und unterhaltsam.
Es ist ein familiäres Hotel. Man fühlt sich willkommen.

L'hotel è sicuramente datato, ma il servizio è molto buono. Camera pulita, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, bottigliette d'acqua di cortesia ogni giorno. Colazione buona, non ampia la scelta per il gusto italiano, ma sufficiente ( yogurt, succo, pane, marmellate, cioccolata e pancake, oltre ad un gran buffet di cibo turco). Posizione ottima, via centrale 10 minuti da torre di Galata, 5 minuti dalla metro, 1 minuto dal supermercato, 5 minuti da area molto viva piena di negozi e ristoranti. Nonostante la posizione centrale non c'era traffico e non ci sono moschee nelle vicinanza quindi non si viene svegliati all'alba dal canto dei muezzin. Non aspettatevi un vero 4 stelle, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

The room was clean, nice staff, good food

Cons:

AC didn't work at all, a lot of noise that lasts till 4am since there is a club across the street. The area where the hotel is located is extremely expensive, so bars and restaurants around have prices that make you feel like you are in New York, London or so.

It is in a convenient area in near everything walkable distance, great view of the city nice breakfast

Cons:

Some staff were not very friendly. Requesting for items and room service was poor service. Booked a superior room but it was so tiny worse the transition of using the toilet had to squeeze in, shower seemed blocked every time while showering water would rise shower head can't be adjusted. Wrong scanning QR codes room number for room service, some items (tea condiments) visibly dirty. No sun blocking curtains made it hard to sleep.

best location! All the places I visited, I did walk. the room was exactly as advertised. My kids enjoyed the games at the ground floor and I plan to visit again.

The hotel matched everything shown in the photos, and everything was exactly as expected. The hotel’s main strength is not luxury, but its outstanding customer service, which truly creates a completely different experience. Whether it was the staff in the restaurant or especially the people at the reception, they provided 100% service throughout the entire stay and helped with everything we needed.

I work for a company that focuses heavily on customer service myself, so I know how important it is. These young people are a great asset and the future of the hotel, so I would especially like to mention and thank Rohullah and Eylul.
