Localisation (close to public transport and metro 🚊). Comfy bed… nice breakfast 🥞
Old hotel. All photos in booking good Photoshop. Very good. Noisy, very noisy. Small room.. SPA with no SPA. Bathroom poor toilettes and old shower. Reception hard to say… as we were sent twice away during check in time. Only after two men working there were very helpful and kind. Breakfast area no space to sit.. you have to wait for skip breakfast 🍳 . Big disappointment about SPA. Unclear info how to find room… 13…. doesn’t mean floor 1 here 3.
Food was very good. Buffet at dinner and breakfast with multiple choices.

La propriété est là et le calme et le respect ils sont toujours à l’écoute et sa satisfaction

* The staff were polite and friendly.
* The terrace, which was the hotel’s main summer attraction, was closed.
* The elevator broke down several times, forcing us to use the stairs.
* The jacuzzi had no privacy, was located by the entrance, the water didn’t seem to be changed, and it was cold.
* The room and overall interior design were below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel.
we only liked the staff they were very friendly
the elevator was always broken and The break fast the same every day and it was poor break fast. And they didnt clean our room they did only our bed and got extra water,towels.
Lokacija hotela je izvrsna, to je svakako olakšalo naš boravak. Osoblje je ljubazno i susretljivo, posebno Eylul sa kojom smo najviše komunicirali. Piše da je hotel 4*, ali recimo da je 3*, no za cijenu koju smo platili 4 noćenja sa polupansionom na odličnoj lokaciji ni ne treba očekivati luksuz. Preporučila bih svakako hotel drugima, posebno mladima koji dolaze u Istanbul.

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour la qualité de mon séjour. Un grand merci tout particulier à Hasnaa à la réception pour son professionnalisme remarquable, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe de réception pour leur disponibilité et leur accueil, notamment Eylul.
Je souhaite également souligner la gentillesse, le sourire et le travail de chacun : la jeune femme au petit déjeuner (dont je n’ai malheureusement pas le nom), l’équipe de housekeeping ainsi que la gouvernante. Leur attention constante et leur efficacité ont grandement contribué à rendre ce séjour très agréable.

Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eylul stellte uns begeistert die Sehenswürdigkeiten vor und half uns sogar bei der Buchung einer Tour. Ihre Kollegin half uns ein Taxi zu rufen. Sie riet uns, bar zu bezahlen, da bei Zahlung mit Kreditkarte ein Aufschlag von 10 % erhoben würde, und rechnete sogar aus, wie viele Euro wir zahlen müssten.
Nachts um 2 Uhr wird Musik und Trommeln gespielt.
hay dos personas dentro del personal que son omar y hasna son el mujer en el hotel muy atentos y colaboradores , tiene buena ubicasion, el desayuno aceptable , entregaban suficiente material higienco tambien agua de tomar,los cuartos son medianamente aceptable ya que no estamos hablando de un hotel 5 estrellas para q sean perfecto sin embargo explicare en las cosas que no me gusta mi punto de vista
en el cuarto no hay armario para organizar la ropa y entonces durante la estadia hay q dejar la ropa en la maleta , el bano muy pequeno ya que justamente la puerta se habre por la mitad del bano y esto ha tenido como consecuencia que mi hijo estaba tratando de jalar la toalla se corto la mano con el espejo y gracias a dios que omar fue muy atento y llamo la ambulancia rapido dos sujerencia para el hotel que trabajen un proyecto en funcion de cambiar las puertas del bano o de forma q corran de lado o que habran hacia afuera ,y que traten de poner un armario en cada cuarto tambien la neverita del cuarto solo c
aben 3 agua pequeña del resto esta bien se entiende que es un hotel economico y es logico que no tenga lujos espero haber ayudado a otros turistas
Die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Flughafentransport brachte uns zu einem anderen Hotel, dem Tulip Pera, in derselben Straße. Wir hatten viel Gepäck und wussten zunächst nicht, wohin damit. Die Rezeption half uns bei der Kommunikation mit der Transportfirma, und der Hoteldiener trug unser Gepäck vom anderen Hotel auf unser Zimmer.
Wir waren von diesem Service sehr beeindruckt.
Das Hotel liegt hervorragend im Herzen der Altstadt, umgeben von vielen Bars und Restaurants. Einziger Nachteil: Nachts stundenlang wird Musik und Trommeln gespielt, was unseren Schlaf stört. Niemand macht irgendwas dagegen. Wenn man dann so unter Schlafentzug leidet, wie soll man den Tag genießen, total übermüdet wie ein Zombie den Touristen spielen... der Lärm war traumatisch. Die haben unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, auf der engen Straße stundenlang rudimentär rumgetrommelt, der helle Wahnsinn, was ist los mit diesen Menschen... Unvorstellbar! Sinnlos!
La habitación esta muy bien cerca de todo metro bus y el centro, el personal amable cualquier cosa que preguntes te explican, el desayuno muy pero muy bien 👍 😁
También te dejan agua en la habitación cuando entran a limpiar.
La limpieza del baño la ducha estaban sucio el wc y espejo, pasan limpiar todos los días pero no limpian el baño
