Perfect location, kitchenette, room was great. Gym pool and sauna 👌🏽

The location is great.
Check in is always easy and quick.
Staff are all so great.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable, old and lumpy mattress and very squeaky.
The air con is so loud and clunky- we had to switch it off to sleep.

Its location was ideal heaps close to all main retail shops , great atmosphere not overly crowded

Very average
Pros:

The location is great as it's right in the CBD close to restaurants, bars and shops. There's a tram stop right outside. The room was spacious and well equipped.

Cons:

The perfumed air in the lobby is sickening. The hand wash and body wash are also very heavily perfumed and the smell stays on you for hours. The hairdryer is very weak so BYO if you can. The room needs some maintenance and a good scrub. The view of a concrete wall was OK for one night but not for a longer stay. No hot water in the shower in the morning.
