Pros:

Valor calção foi descontado do meu consumo e no momento do check out além de não informarem, cobraram o valor total das despesas, sem considerar o valor já cobrado no meu cartão. Conclusão paguei duas vezes. Estou aguardando o reembolso.

Nice place for a short stay of relaxation/food and drink. Boat trips available from across the road.
Pros:

Location was very good and all restaurants/shops were within walking distance.

Cons:

All satisfactory apart from people putting towels on beds first thing before breakfast and not staying at their beds. Also not enough beds or umbrellas, which is frustrating and disappointing.

Real Marina, Real Ria Formosa
Pros:

Le cadre, le confort, la vue sur la Ria Formosa, le parking sécurisé gratuit, le petit déjeuner. Le personnel agréable. La piscine.

Cons:

Bruit de travaux dans la chambre à côté ou proche. Heureusement cela c’est arrêté avant la nuit.

Bastante bien, pero es un 5 estrellas, para cuatro sería soberbio, 5 le vienen un poco larga. El bufet en general está bien, pero también para un hotel de ⁴ estrellas

Nice hotel, but……
Pros:

Nice hotel, but, not 5*. Reception area looks 5* with loads of comfortable seating and a bar (that was never open). 3 lifts so very little waiting. Carpets in corridors look like they need a deep clean, they’re not disgusting but a clean would help.
Bathroom nice but a bit worn, toilet seat loose from when we got there until we left. Does the cleaner not report back? Weirdest taps I’ve seen anywhere in the world, and they mostly leak! Carpet threadbare next to door onto balcony.
We were half board but I think this hotel is more for bed and breakfast. The evening dining arrangements were near the pool or at the pool bar, consequently one night we were mixing with pool stragglers, some of whom were smoking. Same limited menu every night, after a few days I didn’t need it, I just knew what was on it.
Upside was the food all very nice.
Breakfast all good. Loads of
choices and served in a proper restaurant.
Not enough sun shades at pool and just enough sun beds. Get there quick in the morning. Towels reserving sun beds for hours and no one there.
Nice sea front walk to a few shops and a lot of restaurants.
This all sounds a bit negative but this is a nice hotel that just needs a few bits of refurbishment and tweaks here and there to maybe be a true 5*.
Staff outstanding. No need to name names, they were all excellent.
Would I return, yes, but only B&B next time unless there’s a proper restaurant for dinner at night.

A short seaside holiday
Pros:

Seaside location. Proximity to the old town.
Comfortable. Accessible. Good breakfast!

Cons:

Did not expect the outdoor pool to be so shallow!
But we could understand why it could not be any deeper! The depth of the indoor spa pool was more to our liking!
