atendimento personal cafeteria/bar piscina. Discutiam entre eles, nao explicam a carta. Demora em servir pratos da carta e só avisam depois de pedido que vai demorar. Parece q molesta pedir certos pratos e querem induzir a pedir outros mais rapidos.

Staff were friendly, lobby and pool area were very nice.
The room smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that it bothered us all night. The hallways and rooms are in desperate need of a refresh - the carpets are filthy, and a lot of the walls are too. The rooms are definitely not a five star experience.
Pequeno almoço com qualidade e variedade. A vista para a marina era espetacular. Só isso já valia a pena o quarto. As fotos tiradas do quarto estão excelentes. A proximidade aos restaurantes e vida noturna fazia nao sentir falta do automovel.
A cama para o rapaz podia ser um pouco melhor, era um pouco básica e desconfortavel. Acabou dormindo na cama dos adultos, que essa sim tinha espaço e conforto. O SPA era muito agradavel, apenas sentimos falta dos tipicos jactos de água.

hotel was comfortable as always but for a 5 star hotel, not all staff matched it. porters and fnb staffs were 10/10. reception- 3/10. not great for a 5 star establishment.
our flight got delayed and we arrived almost/past midnight. our request to have the extra bed set up was confirmed via email and upon check in but only for us to walk in to a room at almost 1am in the morning to find the bed wasnt set up. called the reception many times but no one answered- found 4 staff standing at the reception chatting when i walked down to speak with someone. lady at the desk who checked me in rolled her eyes and pretended she didnt just tell me 5mins ago that the bed was set up(when it wasnt)
next morning, i went to report it at the reception only to be getting another female staff rolling her eyes again and smiling at my misery without responding. what kind of staff are you employing, really?? 5 stars??? we booked and paid for the biggest suite you have in the peak of summer. asking for the sofa bed to be set up when it is already being included in the price i paid is non negotiable. not what anyone should expect especially after a whole day of delayed travels.
i have stayed several times at this hotel and their busiest periods are still incomparable to other busy hotels in the area or around the world. so basic staff professionalism especially at the front of house for a 5 star hotel should not be compromised.

The main bar in reception area not open. A lovely looking bar with comfortable seating. We certainly would have used this for a pre-dinner drink on our way out or nightcap. The only bar open in the evening was the snack bar.
