Important information:

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.

Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.

Pros:

La piscine était grande et propre, le personnel etait agreable

Cons:

Le ménage reste a désirer (cafard dans la chambre)

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Pros:

Me and 3 others stayed here Friday-Friday and we had an absolutely incredible week! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The daily maids were great and left our beds looking adorable! The lifeguards and entertainment guys were so friendly and extremely helpful with everything.

The only downside we had was the food, but we are very British when it comes to food so there wasn't much choice for her bland pallets. It was very exotic. However, outside the hotel there are plenty of options to eat that are not too expensive.

It was my friends birthday while we were there and the staff were great! They decorated our table for breakfast and dinner and I was also able to buy a cake for her too which they put candles on and sung to her.

Overall, would recommend and will definitely go back next year.

Attention au cadeau empoisonné !
Un surclassement vue piscine et c'est l'enfer ! De la musique a fond de 10h du matin (meme le dimanche) jusqu'au soir sans interruption ! Aucun moyen de faire la grasse matinée ni meme une sieste.
Et en plus les pires agents de sécurité (l'equipe du soir) sont a cet hotel

It was a brilliant stay. There was a one person who stood out which is Yasin who is the Event Organiser / Entertainer of the hotel at this time. I recommend people to come to this hotel and Yasin will look after you

Certains équipements semblent vieillissants : par exemple, l’absence de télécommande pour la télévision est un point à améliorer.L’absence d’un étendoir sur le balcon pour faire sécher le linge est un manque pratique qui pourrait facilement être amélioré afin de rendre le séjour plus confortable. Par ailleurs, la qualité de la restauration était moyenne et ne correspondait pas totalement au niveau attendu pour un établissement quatre étoiles.
