Important information:

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for the 24th and 31st of December. The rates of the Gala Dinner are based on room type and occupancy (guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately). Children from 2 to 11.99 years old are charged -50%.

Full Board includes some drinks for lunch and dinner. Besides water, you might choose one of the following drinks: wine (50cl) or a soft drink bottle.

Pros:

Lovely hotel in good location. Very friendly attentive staff and suite was spacious with large comfy bed. The food was great with a good variety and freshly prepared daily. Chef was available to cook on request both at evening service and breakfast times.
Fabulous pool spotlessly clean and well maintained. Overall a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

Cons:

Neighbouring hotels can be noisy with loud music at night which did finish at a reasonable time and is only to be expected in a resort area.
We reported a broken door lock non functioning air con and no TV reception which weren't responded to during our stay. This detracted a little and brings my score down accordingly.

Personnels très agréable, Notamment Saida ,femme de ménage, toujours souriante et très efficace; et ensuite

Le Chef de cuisine. Un jeune Mais un Grand Chef .il nous a présenté un Buffet que meme en Espagne je ne l'ai pas vu.bravo bravo bravo

Normalement la chambre doit être prête et récupérer a 15h alors pas du tout c'est à 17h30 mn qu'il nous a donné la clef

Overall it was a great stay.
Pros:

Room was nice, staff was nice, pool was nice.

Cons:

Animation could have been better. Used Booking.com for my reservation and it was not made clear to me that full board meant wine or beer only with meals. I would have liked to known that before I booked full board.

Pros:

La réaction du responsable à qui j’ai demandé à parler. Mr Mohammed est une personne très professionnelle, a été à l’écoute de mes arguments et malgré cette contrainte du « problème du système de réservation »a finalement honoré ma réservation. La chambre est grande (vue piscine très agréable), propre (le ménage se fait chaque jour), la literie est bien aussi. Tout le personnel avec qui j’ai été en contact est professionnel et aimable.

Cons:

J’ai été surpris en arrivant par la demande de la reception de nous loger pendant 2 jours dans un autre établissement avant de revenir à l’hôtel prétextant un problème dans le système de réservation alors que la réservation était confirmée et en plus j’avais contacté l’hôtel pour des informations sur la demi pension qu’ils m’ont confirmé par retour de mail. Heureusement que j’ai demandé à parler un responsable et je n’ai pas accepté. Autre chose un bémol concernant le buffet du dîner à améliorer.
