Overall it was a great stay.
Pros:

Room was nice, staff was nice, pool was nice.

Cons:

Animation could have been better. Used Booking.com for my reservation and it was not made clear to me that full board meant wine or beer only with meals. I would have liked to known that before I booked full board.

Pros:

La réaction du responsable à qui j’ai demandé à parler. Mr Mohammed est une personne très professionnelle, a été à l’écoute de mes arguments et malgré cette contrainte du « problème du système de réservation »a finalement honoré ma réservation. La chambre est grande (vue piscine très agréable), propre (le ménage se fait chaque jour), la literie est bien aussi. Tout le personnel avec qui j’ai été en contact est professionnel et aimable.

J’ai été surpris en arrivant par la demande de la reception de nous loger pendant 2 jours dans un autre établissement avant de revenir à l’hôtel prétextant un problème dans le système de réservation alors que la réservation était confirmée et en plus j’avais contacté l’hôtel pour des informations sur la demi pension qu’ils m’ont confirmé par retour de mail. Heureusement que j’ai demandé à parler un responsable et je n’ai pas accepté. Autre chose un bémol concernant le buffet du dîner à améliorer.

Very disappointing experience – I had to leave the hotel

Unfortunately, my experience at Flora Park Hotel was so disappointing that I had to leave the hotel and move to another place.

The food was poor and the buffet was being closed before the stated dinner time, which I found completely unacceptable. We should be able to enjoy the full dinner service during the advertised hours, rather than being rushed or finding the food already being taken away.

The staff were also rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. Good customer service is essential in a hotel, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my stay.

The cleanliness was another major issue and was not up to an acceptable standard. Overall, I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed that I decided to leave and find another hotel.

I would not recommend Flora Park Hotel based on my experience. The management seriously needs to improve the food service, cleanliness, and especially the attitude of the staff towards guests

Pros:

Sia la piscina che la spiaggia privata dell’hotel ( a circa 10 minuti a piedi) sono molto belle.
Struttura abbastanza curata, con qualche miglioria da fare ma carina. Colazione e cena molto buoni e staff super disponibile.
Estrema quiete (tranne che dopo cena).
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che offre anche la spiaggia

Cons:

Avevamo la finestra della camera rotta, e dato che affacciava sulla piscina sentivamo la musica forte (eccessivamente) tutte le sere. Abbiamo chiesto di ripararla ma non è risultato possibile.
In generale, la cena è poco occidentale, per chi non è amante delle spezie può essere un problema.
