Above our initial expectation. We did 4 nights there and I had really nothing to complaint except one issue which prevents me from giving 5/5.

In fact that issue even became worse at our final night there. The issue is the hotel does not provide drinking water. You have to buy your own water from them even for the meal.

We have our Steripen Ultralight for our own drinking water purification during our travel. Therefore, we were ok. However, during our last night, Restaurant tells me I am not allowed to bring my decathlon reusable water bottle which contained my own purified water which was taken from the hotel tap (not purchased from anywhere else). Explain how this even make sense?!?! Meanwhile people are wasting plates and plates of food at that place but my ecological water bottle with their own water is a big issue. 


Staff, Pool, beach access area, food and the rooms are nice. Place is clean as well.


If they change their policy for drinking water, they will clearly receive better ratings. little things can go long way and make people happy.


Finally, I do recommend this resort!

L'hôtel est joli, propre, les repas sont variés et copieux, les animations sont sympas. Le personnel est attentionné.

The atmosphere was amazing. Very calm in the day and never too busy. The entertainment was good in the evenings however some staff were very forceful in getting you involved. They do water sports during the day. The pool is incredible and never too busy. All staff were incredibly polite and helped if they could. My partner and I were pressured into writing a review which we have now deleted. This particular staff member asked very often whether we were just on holiday or if we work for Google. Sometimes the lifeguard is a bit too friendly with females so if a young woman going alone be weary. The room is cleaned as often as you like however you have to request more than one toilet roll. They also do have towels at the hotel for the beach/pool but you have to ask the lifeguard. The food service is nice, I’m a picky eater so for me it wasn’t ideal but my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiters are always happy and friendly. The people selling tours inside the hotel, do not work for the hotel. They will hound you constantly. However are nice. The medina is a short walk and not busy at all during the day. However in the evenings it is very busy. Sometimes people follow you for a while before coming up to you so just be aware of your surroundings. People will come to you and say ‘do you recognise me I’m the chef/waiter in hotel’ THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Just had the best holiday ever hotel is lovely the staff were great specially the bar man getting our manybottles of wine🍾pool was fab 👙but might be difficult to get in to if you’ve got mobility issues, met so many friends never laughed so much shout out to

Tout était parfait , personnel , repas rien à redire
Seul bémol , la télévision qui ne fonctionne pas en français pour nuit ça va mais plus longtemps peut etre plus dificile

Safe didn’t work in the room, spoke to reception asap was told they would look into it. 3 days later nothing so contacted easyJet, who spoke to the hotel. Safe was fixed that day.
Staff said not to brush teeth or drink tap water but no water provided in the room so had to buy multiple bottles daily.
No tea or coffee in the room
No TV remote in the room
No cups in the room so had to take some from the restaurant so we could brush our teeth.
Drinks not included with meals even on the full board package.

Paid £30 for late room check out, had the maids come into our room and remove all the towels and bedding from the room and was told by head housekeeping to “lady get out of your room now”. Explained we had paid for late room check out and showed the receipt, she stormed off muttering
