We had gone for a spiritual purpose and our experience with front desk &overall experience was bad
Pros:

There was nothing to like about the hotel, it was just a normal hotel providing accommodation nothing more. Next time I will book another hotel as Seagate has lost its charm and personal touch that it had.

Cons:

There was no complimentary B/F. No water bottles were provided. We had to request them for it and then late evening it was provided that also 1 per room we were 4 people booked 2 rooms.

The housekeeping staff did a brilliant job keeping the room tidy throughout our stay. It’s a very safe, clean, and well-managed hotel.
