Not worth for money
Pros:

Room checkin process was easy

Cons:

I travelled from overseas to Trichy to attend a wedding. After an exhausting, sleepless overnight journey, I arrived completely drained and desperately needed rest.

However, while I was asleep, plumbing maintenance began right next to my room. The loud banging, which sounded like hammering, was unbearable. It abruptly woke me and ruined my much-needed rest.

Carrying out such noisy maintenance beside an occupied guest room shows a serious lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. Such work should be properly scheduled, with affected guests informed beforehand and offered a quieter room.

After such a tiring journey, a peaceful place to rest was the most basic expectation—and even that was not met.

⭐ Hotel Breeze, Trichy – Sadly, Not Much of a Breeze!

Stayed 31 August–1 September 2026 and, unfortunately, the experience was more of a storm than a breeze!

The room was below standard, bathroom amenities were poor, and the coffee was so terrible that even the milk powder probably wanted to resign! ☕😂 No fridge for storing insulin until requested, no room safe, and no iron or ironing board.

The biggest disappointment? The swimming pool! Advertised as a major facility, but apparently it has been “under repair” for two months. In scorching Trichy, this was the very reason we chose the hotel. We got the heat—but apparently the pool got the holiday! 🏊‍♂️😄

Reception staff also need a serious lesson in professionalism and presentation.

After 41 years in business, we expected considerably higher standards. The hotel desperately needs upgrading, and advertising should reflect what guests can actually use—not what they hope to find.


Overall: Very disappointing. The only thing that was truly “breezy” was how quickly we wanted to leave! 😄

Pros:

Basha one of the staff was charming and helpful. But when I arrived I was told I had booked for 2 nights through booking.com. I hadn't. The rooms are very old. The bathroom was quite dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working but the ceiling fan was. The tray that I ordered my tea from room service was very dirty so I didn't drink the tea. The view from the window was nice. The staff tried hard.

A mail was sent by booking. com that there is price drop of ₹590/- for my upcoming trip.The mail was dated 26/7/2026. Upcoming trip means 14/8/26.But the breeze residency did not honour it. They interpreted upcoming means the trip after 14/8/2026.Please look in to it.
