Der große Pool war toll.

Cons:

Der Raum wo man Frühstück & Abendessen hat ist im "Keller".War oft in Mallorca aber das man nicht im Freien essen konnte, hab ich noch nie gehabt.
Extrem laut und sehr ungemütlich.
Genauso das Abendprogramm Indoor, anstelle im Poolbereich. Bei schönem Wetter drin, das kann gar nichts.

Die Qualität des Essens nicht sehr gut.

Excelente
Pros:

El hotel era muy lindo, cerca de la playa caminando a 200 metros, la pileta hermosa y el servicio de todo incluido excelente, la comida era variada, de muy buena calidad y abundante. El personal super atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos.

Cons:

La limpieza del baño de las piletas y que cobrarán para usar el pooll

The hotel served its purpose for a long weekend. However I did not feel it was value for money.
Pros:

It was clean. It was modern. But soulless

Cons:

It is a big family hotel. It is at the top of a very steep hill. There are no gardens. The pools ( all three) are too small.

Very enjoyable family stay with a few downsides

We spent our holiday at this hotel in Palmanova and overall had a good experience, which we would rate 4 stars. The cleanliness was ok and the rooms were generally well kept. The location is very central, close to the clubs and just a short walk from the beach, which is great if you want to be in the middle of the action.

However, the area can be quite noisy at night, especially for children, so light sleepers should be aware of this. On the positive side, the hotel has three pools that are really great for kids, and our children loved spending time there. The building itself is a bit old and would definitely benefit from some renovation and updating.

The food was good and tasty, but it became a bit repetitive after a few days. Another downside is that there is no private parking, and finding a parking spot nearby can be difficult, especially in high season. Overall, we still give this hotel 4 stars thanks to the central location, the pools for children and the decent level of comfort, but there are some points that could be improved.

Buen hotel para disfrutar del sol de Mallorca.
Pros:

Las piscinas, habitaciones reformadas y de buen tamaño.
El personal de recepción, Jose sobre todo, de lo más amable que me he encontrado. Y camarer@s tambien muy amables.

Cons:

Poca limpieza en las habitaciones, posiblemente por falta de personal.

Ok - not worth the money
Pros:

Great for families, good location

Cons:

Air con was non existent in room, came as part of a large party and they said theirs was the same, just didn’t work. Wasn’t clear on all inclusive fine print, 3 drinks at lunch and dinner only which didn’t include any spirits. Just wine and cheap beer, not worth what we paid
