Clean, close to ammenities
The Manager. She was amazing and was very apologetic for all the little things that went wrong or were not right in our room. She personally came and delivered a cot as the Sofa bed was UNUSABLE. She then made another trip as there was No pillows for the Sofa bed or cot. (these should be in the bed in a bag) We liked that there was a sauna, steam room and hot tub at the hotel.
There was not much that we liked about the actual hotel itself. The parking is HORRIBLE, we drive a F350 and there was very little parking. Although if people listened and parked downstairs there might have been more. There was no actual restaurant on site, for a team of 10 U15 and parents is a little inconvenient. Our toilet was not stable, it rocked when you sat on it, not ideal. The sofa bed in the Executive King room was terrible and unusable. The furnace didn't work properly, we set it to 68 and it fluctuated from there all the way to 74 on its own.
I liked the room, it was cozy, perfect temp and clean.
I was a female who was alone, after reading about human trafficking in the elevator I had a very uncomfortable feeling that I wasnt safe.
Convenient location for us. Rooms clean.
High pitched electronic ringing in the room.
Restaurant closed for renovations (that’s fair) so they send guests to the nearby sister property for breakfast (also fine) but they give every guest a card with restaurant times for the closed restaurant rather than the open one so we arrived for breakfast after it was over. Talked to 2 front desks clerks who didn’t even say sorry much less make any restitution. They were still handing these cards to new guests the next day.
It was comfortable
Nothing really
Clean room comfy bed
Advertised as airport hotel. Taxi was 40.00. Not that close after all.
happy it was a Marriott
bit basic
Close to the airport
kind of loud at times
Location and underground parking
No restaurant
Easy to locate, underground parking was free. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright.
It seems like the facilities were not maintained, the restaurant is closed indefinitely. The hallways were kind of dark and glum. My husband commented that maybe they were planning to close the location.
