Schön renovierte Unterkunft, exzellente Lage, sehr gutes Essen, freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Therme und gleichzeitig Fussläufigkeit in den Ort waren sehr angenehm.
Das Personal war durchgängig sehr freundlich und der Service exzellent.

Cons:

Es war kalt. Keine Heizung!
Das Schwimmbad sollte lt. Ankündigung seit April benützbar sein, doch die Solaranlage zum Aufheizen war Mitte Mai noch nicht in Betrieb. Ein Betrieb bei 17 Grad Wassertemperatur ist nun wirklich nicht möglich.
Wir bekamen zudem keinen Leihbademantel, um wenigstens die Liegen am Pool benützen zu können.
Der Zimmersafe ist veraltet, nur mit einem Schlüssel sperrbar und hat keinen persönlich zu wählenden digitalen Code. Somit ist er nur eingeschränkt sicher.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera accogliente e pulizia ottima. Abbiamo anche prenotato il massaggio di coppia e siamo rimasti contenti della gentilezza e bravura delle massaggiatrici Tessa e Sara!

Kellemes hangulatú, tiszta és kényelmes szálloda kedves személyzettel, jó elhelyezkedéssel.
Pros:

A Montecatini Terme városában található Parma e Oriente szálloda kiváló választás volt számunkra. A hotel hangulata elegáns, mégis barátságos, a személyzet pedig rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt a teljes tartózkodásunk alatt. A szobák tiszták, kényelmesek és jól felszereltek, ami igazán pihentetővé tette az ottlétünket.

Külön kiemelnénk a gyönyörű kertet és a medencét, amelyek tökéletes kikapcsolódást biztosítottak. A reggeli bőséges és változatos volt, mindenki találhatott kedvére valót. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is ideális, könnyen megközelíthető a város központja és a helyi látnivalók.

Összességében nagyon kellemes élmény volt itt megszállni, és szívesen visszatérnénk a jövőben is. Bátran ajánljuk mindenkinek, aki egy nyugodt, igényes és vendégszerető szállást keres Montecatini Terme-ben.

Donot go for this property.
Pros:

They offered me a room in a separate building than the original building thats in the photos. They claimed its their own hotel but its the next door building which is a separate property. All the amenities were in the main building and this was a separate building. I stayed for just one night and had to change the hotel but they charged me for all 3 nights and didn’t offer a refund for the next two as payment was done in advance.

Pros:

Punto a super favore per Jessica e Christian, sono stati gentilissimi e a detta di mia figlia "molto carini e simpatici"!!!
La struttura è in posizione strategica, vicina al centro e a tutti i servizi.
Il personale è veramente tutto molto gentile e disponibile.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene sicuramente lo consiglieremo!
