Wonderful Montecatini xx
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful building. The location id perfect for easy access to everything.
Giulia on reception was very helpful, and friendly, even organised our taxis.
Christian is a pleasure, great fun
Thank you for being so great, and making our stay in beautiful montecatini perfect.
We had the roof terrace room, I reckon the best room in the whole of Montecatini, wonderful views of alto.
Montecatini stole my heart, and this hotel topped it off perfectly.
The pool is a wonderful little spot surrounded with beautiful gardens.

Love this place!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Parma! The staff were lovely and we’d like to specifically note Christian’s excellent service and help, making us feel welcome and at home. The location was brilliant, in walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to see including trains and tourist attractions. The pool was perfect and breakfast included was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Prima hotel, centrale ligging.
Pros:

De ligging, de mooie ouderwetse kamers en de privé parkeerplaats.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was niet geweldig en dat je 3,- per dag moest betalen voor het huren van een badlaken. Die kon je dus niet meerdere dag houden voor € 3,- maar dit was een tarief per dag.

Good price for the location interesting vintage furniture the bed frame and all
Pros:

Close to train station and pizza place and good cafes , good swimming pool and spa, lady in reception named Jessica very nice and helpful

Cons:

Restaurant closing very early ,bed matress not so comfortable, would be good to have more choice of fresh fruits for breakfast or vegetables

Wir waren insgesamt mit dem Hotel (Lage, Service, Freundlichkeit) sehr zufrieden.
Pros:

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral in Montecatini, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig vormittags gereinigt.
Das Frühstück in Buffetform war sehr umfangreich und bot Alles, was man sich zum Frühstück wünscht. Hervorragend das äußerst schmackhafte Menu am Abend.

Cons:

Die äußerst gepflegte Außenanlage (Pool und Liegewiese) verfügt über zahlreiche Liegen. Einziger Kritikpunkt hierzu sind die leider nicht vorhandenen Sonnenschirme, die bei dieser Hitze und dem nur spärlich vorhandenen Schatten durchaus sinnvoll gewesen wären.

A disappointing return stay at a hotel I loved so much first time round.
Pros:

Location & style of the hotel & room.Pool & terrace.

Cons:

The fact that I was allocated a room in the annex..not what I chose when booking.The situation was resolved but still my experience was tainted.
Very unfriendly & who seemed to be an very ungentlemanly waiter who served us dinner who made us feel unwelcome & spoilt our evening..I resent that as it upset my friend.
The fact we had to pay 3 euros for a towel for swimming..when your room cost 130euros a night I feel they can provide a towel.
Had stayed before and was very disappointed with my experience as I was so excited about coming back with a friend...all the way from South Africa & it was a big anti climax sadly.😥

It was wonderful for us. The hotel is tidy, clean, the staff is friendly. The hotel has that charm that can be felt reading the book "Room with a view". The feeling of a small, family hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful plants. Our rooms had a large terrace. We would definitely like to come again!
And one more thing. in the square Piazza del Popolo near the hotel where people gather in the evening, there is a beautiful pastry shop with ice cream that tastes like it was made by the Roman gods!

Pros:

Excellent location close to the town centre and within 15 .ins walking distance of both stations + the funicular railway too Montecatini Alto- lovely old town with spectacular views

Cons:

Unfortunately temperature was too hot to do much exploring!! Montecatini had lots of tree lined walks and a lovely park to access shade .
