Pros:

Die zubuchbaren Massagen waren sehr sehr gut, absolut empfehlenswert! Poolanlage mit Platz für mehr als genug Leute und sehr gutes, beheiztes Wasser. Terrasse von unserem Zimmer war extrem groß.

Cons:

Die Poolfliesen waren teilweise schon beschädigt oder komplett rausgebrochen und der Pool war leider nicht jeden Tag sauber

Pros:

Szuper helyen, kirándulások, városnézesek kiindulópontjának tökéletes! Szuper medence, szép, mediterrán környezet. Szép, különleges bútorokkal ellátott szoba. Kényelmes ágy. Bőséges választékú, finom reggeli.

Cons:

Többször szóltam, hogy a medencében az egyik beépített víz alatti lámpa kibukott a helyéről, csak a villamos vezetékei tartják, ami eléggé balesetveszélyes, mert belerúghat valaki, felsérti a lábát a fém keret. Annyi volt a válasz, hogy: "Tudom, nem probléma!" 4 éjszakát voltunk ott, az alatt nem javították meg. Az udvariasságon is volna mit javítani, pl. többször előfordult, hogy 1-1 pohárral vagy tányérral mindkét kezemben mentem a terasz ajtó felé, az éppen arra járó személyzetnek esze ágában sem volt, hogy egy kis segítséget adva kinyitották volna az ajtót. Sőt, az is előfordult, hogy kiment előttem valamelyikük az ajtón, egyértelműen látta, hogy mögötte megyek, mégsem fogta meg az ajtót, hagyta rámcsukódni. Az egyik recepciós úr kissé gúnyosan (bár gondolom szerinte viccesen) reagált a nem tökéletes angol tudásunkra. Ez azért nem tetszett!!!

Convenient hotel in a good holiday location.
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good sized room. Nice pool in a lovely spa town reasonably close to Florence and Pisa. Peaceful vibe and helpful staff. Free parking available a few minutes walk away.

Cons:

Shower was a little small. Train / car essential to explore further afield.

Pros:

​Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! We would especially like to thank Christian and Rafaello at the front desk for their outstanding service.
​Both made everything so easy for us by assisting us. They are true professionals and always smiling, polite, and eager to help with whatever we needed.
As we weren't able to speak Italian their assistance was really appreciated.
​We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay, disappointing reception experience
Pros:

We had an overall pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and very well located. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided every day. The housekeeping service was very good and the property itself met our expectations.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience at reception with Mr. Cristian was very disappointing due to his attitude. He was extremely arrogant, rude and impolite, not only towards me, but also towards his colleagues when they tried to step in and improve the communication.
To be fair — and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt :) — his English was quite limited, so perhaps part of the situation was caused by a misunderstanding. However, regardless of any language barrier, his tone and attitude were inappropriate and certainly not what I would expect from someone working in hospitality.
It was particularly disappointing because the rest of our stay was pleasant and the other members of staff were helpful, polite and professional.
I am sharing this experience not simply as a complaint, but because, if I had an employee behaving this way towards guests and colleagues, I would genuinely want to know about it!!

Hotel with a nice design and great rooms but some aspects to improve
Pros:

The hotel has a nice design, the rooms are clean and cosy. The location is very good, it is close to restaurants, shops and a very nice park. Very good breakfast, varied and tasty.

Cons:

It's a shame that there were some inconveniences because if it weren't for these the rating would have been higher.

First of all, the cleaning of the pool was not the best, on the stairs we saw green and black parts. We have been to other hotels and the pools have been impeccable. The good thing is that they cleaned it the next day after the remark but in the part of the pool stairs it smelled weird.

Second, it was the rude and IMPATIENT attitude of one of the workers. In the room 507 there was electrical arcing noise coming from the main panel. In the room 510, the TV mains outlet was arcing and charred. We warned the reception personnel and the gentleman who went up to check the problem was not very kind to say the least, insisting everything was fine. Also at the moment of the check-in the same man was very impatient and odd.

Totally opposite approach with the kind girl called Julia, which she kindly went upstairs when our AC was not working in one of the rooms helping us to fix the problem right away.

Finally, it seemed an exaggeration to charge for the pool towels 3 euros per person/day (in the hotels with pools this is free of charge) and to charge also for the power adaptors (some of which did not even work properly)

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Il vero punta di forza di questo albergo è la bellissima piscina posta in un piccolo ma curatissimo giardino con ombrelloni,sdraio,lettini e dei tavolini annessi al bar con palme e piante di vario tipo.
La camera è bella ampia con un bel arredamento ,letti sia singoli che matrimoniali belli grandi ma soprattutto con la pavimentazione in legno che,a parere mio,rende più piacevole e caldo l'ambiente
Il bagno, con doccia veramente spaziosa, è a misura d'uomo e non gli manca niente.
Ottimo sistema di climatizzazione.
Molto curato anche l'ampio atrio con reception,bar e salottino.
Sia il personale che i titolari della struttura sono tutti molto cortesi e disponibili.
Ho usufruito anche de centro spa massaggi anche in questo caso ho trovato serietà,competenza e gentilezza.
Buona la colazione sia dolce che salata ma forse me l'aspettavo con un po' più di varietà.
Bella anche la sala da pranzo però con i tavoli messi un po' troppo vicini l'uno all'altro impedendo un po' il passaggio
Magnifico il portico all'entrata dell' hotel.
Comunque nel complesso ottimo albergo.

Cons:

Per quello che riguarda la stanza assegnatami mancava un posto dove mettere ad asciugare i costumi e i propri asciugamani come per es un piccolo terrazzo.
