Pros:

The hotel is a little bit tired in places, bathroom could do with a refresh/deep clean, mouldy sealant around the batch.
The blinds didn't quite fit the window frames and the curtains were missing a hook or two

Pros:

The suites are spacious and comfortable and very clean, sadly the suite called Ant didn’t have a fridge which is why I book their suites, I carry meds which require being kept in a fridge. But nice room.

Usually love this hotel but disappointed this time
Pros:

I have stayed here many times and it has been lovely . The suites are very nice as have separate lounge area to bedroom and bathrooms are spacious

Cons:

The suite was grubby, looked run down and wasn’t to the standard I remembered . Marks all over sofa , lighting poor due to bulbs being blown . Surfaces all looking warn and damaged

Staff were great, especially Ellie May (apologies if I got your name wrong) on reception, room was basic but comfortable

I walked down to the river and was lucky not trip over the terrible road - really need to get some lights

Nice location. Staff friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Single room had a skylight window. Breakfast was one drink and then one choice from menu rather than a buffet. Car parking spaces. Site is a little overdeveloped.
