Lovely hotel, will definitely use again when i'm back up Norwich way on business.
Pros:

A lovely friendly hotel, spacious rooms and a comfy bed. Great breakfast and a very enjoyable stay. The staff were all lovely.

Great stay, shame about the attitude
Pros:

Great hotel, nice & clean, lady on reception was lovely

Cons:

Ordered room service, took 45 mins & a phone call to chase. Was told they are busy with other guests - found that quite rude.

Very poor standard
Cons:

Tatty, cheap food , either over or under cooked
Fridge had been removed from the Suite,
No complimentary water available in the room on the hottest day of the year so far!
Balcony covered in bird poo!
Dirty glasses given to drink out of
General tatty appearance, sills needed painting, decking needed attention, rickety chairs, one actually broke when a guest sat down!
No air conditioning but I’m sure portable air con could have been hired!
Never again!

It was convenient for we attended a wedding there

Cons:

Outdated and cheap looking furniture. Bed was very soft and same with the pillows.

Nice location, good facilities, comfortable rooms , excellent staff, in particular Maddie

Cons:

Maybe could do with a bit of modernisation with the rooms and corridors and the signposting but only a minor issue
