Pros:

mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'hotel, le sale comuni, della colazione .

Cons:

deludente la camera , sia per le dimensioni ridotte e l'arredo poco curato. purtroppo non c'era l'aria condizionata e il pinguino condizionatore era molto rumoroso inoltre il bagno aveva dimensioni da camper , poco confortevole.

Pros:

The location was amazing Our hotel was in Lucerne's old town and the building itself was from 1517. They kept many of the historical features of the building, which was nice.

Our room (for 3) was big.

Bathroom was very clean and very modern.

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been nice during the heat wave, but the hotel provided fans in our room. Being inside a thick stone building from the 1500s was also helpful.

Honestly, if you come to Switzerland in August- come prepared to deal with heat.

The town itself has many places by the river where you can cool off and even dip your feet in the water. The city also provides many free water foundations. There are ways to deal with the heat, so my complaint here is very minor.

Superbly located Hotel just 10 minutes walk from the ferry terminals and station and less than 5 mins to the river front and town centre.

Rooms luxurious, comfy beds, toiletries, robes and slippers, daily fresh water and mini fridge, portable air con. Superb breakfast with juices, teas/coffee, cereals, cheeses, meats, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, bread/croissants and cooked (bacon, scrambled/boiled eggs) daily plus apples in reception. Lovely lounge area to relax in in evenings if needed.

Hotel staff friendly and helpful with any request.

Es waren 5 schöne Tage.
Pros:

Lage des Hotel ist im Zentrum, eingesessenes Romantisches Gebäude, schönes Zimmer. Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals.

Cons:

Durch die Zentrale Lage kann es in der Nacht und frühmorgens schon etwas lauter werden, das muss man Akzeptieren.

I loved my stay at the Wilden Mann - it was one of the highlights of my trip to Switzerland.
Pros:

A hotel full of history, charm and character. It is beautifully maintained, the wooden staircases lead to landings and passages decorated with antique furniture and interesting artefacts. My room was spotlessly clean and spacious with a view over the rooftops of the surrounding buildings. The location is perfect, it’s a few minutes’ walk to the lake and the bridge and an easy 10 minutes to the station. The receptionists were friendly and helpful and the food, for breakfast and dinner, wonderful.

Pros:

ホテルの入り口や廊下など古そうに見えるので最初は不安になりましたが、部屋の広さは十分で、中もきちんと手入れが行き届いています。洗面やトイレも綺麗でした。ベッドの寝心地も良いです。そして何よりスタッフの皆さんが親切でした。この価格で宿泊できればとても満足です。

Cons:

朝食はビュッフェ形式ですが最低限の料理という印象で、毎日同じ料理が並んでいました。ルツェルンの駅から歩いて10分ほどですが、石畳なのでスーツケースやベビーカーには少し辛いです。ホテル内の廊下も少し段差があります。

Delicious food and very friendly and tentative service!
Pros:

We looked for nice place to have lunch on our way passing through Lucerne and asked in the reception if the restaurants were serving lunch. We got a very nice recommendation for upstairs on the terrace and it was a great lunch experience. Very nice service and delicious food. The temperature outside was HOT and the terrace offered som shadow, air and calm atmosphere up from the street. I had the soup and salad for starters. Delicious! I continued with grilled watermelon as mains. Very tasty and good as a lunch course. Very well done Wilden Mann! Highly recommendable.
