Beautiful Lucerne Hotel!
Pros:

Excellent experience in Switzerland by the Lake Lucerne. Nicely decorated in antique furnishings and old school charm. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great hotel, will be back
Pros:

Stayed for one night. Room was really lovely and well-decorated. I did room service dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and actively helpful. No air-conditioning but not an issue for when I stayed. Pretty large room for Europe. I thought it was an excellent value for the money and I will come back next year.

Pros:

Lovely traditional feel to the hotel.

The reception staff were all exceptional - efficient, polite, helpful and friendly. I was made to feel at home from the get go.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great location. Wonderful Staff. The rooms were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
I would not recommend the rooms that face the street for any rest. The noise carries all hours of the day and night.

Excellent place to stay and wander around the old city Definitely will come back.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. The decor in the whole building was exceptional. Very comfortable beds and facilities.

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis om Luzern te verkennen.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Luzern te verkennen.
Aardig personeel en ruime kamer.
Je kun wandelend de oude stad heel goed verkennen.
Het was warm (32 graden) in de stad, maar gelukkig was er een airco in de ruimte. Die maakte wel geluid, maar koelde de ruimte goed.
Ook het eten “s avonds in het hotel was erg goed.

Cons:

Het parkeren van de auto gebeurde in een parkeergarage heel dicht bij de locatie. Alleen de ruimten voor de auto’s erin was erg nauw. Maar het lukte wel - met enig geduld.

Definitely stay here if you visit Lucerne.
Pros:

Had a couple of nights in this wonderful hotel. The beautiful interiors and position in the city is perfect.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and our room was stunning. 211
I loved the traditional style and beautiful antiques. Also the double sinks and a walk in shower and a bath.
Breakfast was good and we ate it on the fabulous terrace there.

Très bon séjour avec un temps splendide

Hotel un peu désuet mais charmant.
Personnel serviable et très sympathique.
Buffet excellent et copieux.
Emplacement idéal

Cons:

Nous avons regretté l'absence de climatisation car nous avons été contraints de fermer la fenêtre à cause du bruit de la rue jusqu'à 4h du matin.Des gens ivres qui crient et chantent au milieu de la nuit!Dommage!
