Romantik Hotel Wilden Mann Luzern

ホテルの入り口や廊下など古そうに見えるので最初は不安になりましたが、部屋の広さは十分で、中もきちんと手入れが行き届いています。洗面やトイレも綺麗でした。ベッドの寝心地も良いです。そして何よりスタッフの皆さんが親切でした。この価格で宿泊できればとても満足です。

We looked for nice place to have lunch on our way passing through Lucerne and asked in the reception if the restaurants were serving lunch. We got a very nice recommendation for upstairs on the terrace and it was a great lunch experience. Very nice service and delicious food. The temperature outside was HOT and the terrace offered som shadow, air and calm atmosphere up from the street. I had the soup and salad for starters. Delicious! I continued with grilled watermelon as mains. Very tasty and good as a lunch course. Very well done Wilden Mann! Highly recommendable.

Lovely traditional Swiss style hotel in a Great location in centre of all the local attractions with easy access to the train station and river.

A lovely traditional hotel. Centrally located for the river walk and access. Air confition8ng helped during the heatwave.

We spent 4 nights in the hotel which is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the railway station, and about the same from the old town and ticket office for the lake boat trips. The hotel is old and quaint with interesting furniture and artefacts but the bedrooms and dining rooms are modern and well furnished. Meals can be taken on the terrace. We were on a bed and breakfast tariff so only had breakfast which was fine.
Most of the staff were excellent, pleasant and helpful.

El hotel es un edificio antiguo de estilo romántico muy bien ubicado a la vuelta del río y de las principales atracciones de Lucerna. Lo que más me gustó fue la pequeña suite, cómoda, luminosa, con balcón terraza.

Daily housekeeping was nice.

A localização é ótima! Perto da estação de trem e muito bem localizada no centro dos pontos turísticos.
O hotel tem uma decoração clássica e elegante. Os funcionários são muito gentis, educados e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Eu comemorei o primeiro ano de casamento indo para Lucerne e nós nos hospedamos no hotel. A equipe, gentilmente, preparou presentes especiais para que pudéssemos celebrar.
O quarto é amplo, espaçoso e muito confortável. Ele estava muito bem arrumado e limpo. Ele tem uma decoração clássica muito bem feita, mas com todas as comodidades modernas. A cama é grande e confortável. O banheiro é amplo e modernoe estava muito bem limpo.

We enjoyed out stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Luzern. Our rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was plentiful. You can't beat the location and the view is amazing!

The hotel's location was very good. My wife and I travelled with Gate 1. The room was terrible, with no A/C, while the outside temperature was over 90F. Some rooms had portable A/Cs, but not all. Some of the Gate 1 travelers in the group got the portable A/C. Not sure how that decision was made. For any request you make at the hotel, the staff's first response is "Not Possible". The floors creaked when walking, and it is certain to wake anyone sleeping in the room. We had our last farewell dinner at the hotel. The food was mediocre at best, and the seating was uncomfortable with no A/C. The room TV was tiny. The breakfast was also mediocre at best. The breakfast hour starts at 7 AM on Sundays, and when we entered at 7:01, a staff member, without even looking at the clock, greeted us, saying, "The breakfast starts at 7:00 AM". In general, the service at the hotel was not up to our expectations. I have stayed in many good hotels in Europe, and this is not one of them.
