Awful
Pros:

The hotel is old, unattractive and rooms have an unpleasant smell. The carpeting makes it feel even more outdated. Shower horrible. The staff is poorly trained and not particularly friendly or welcoming.

Ideal stay for hospital visit

Good location for hospital visit. Good secure parking . Good breakfast.

Both bars closed, no where to get a drink at night.

Pros:

Bien situado y las habitaciones con buen estándar y cómodas. Buena presión de ducha y limpio.

Cons:

En particular tengo el sueño muy ligero y la nevera y calefacción, aunque sea de otra habitación, generan un ruido constante que no me permitió dormirme fácilmente.

Would totally book there again on my next visit in Sofia
Pros:

Good and quiet location, yet close to a lot of places and the subway - had access to a roof which was some kind of a big balcony directly from my room which was nice, the bed was comfortable, good breakfast

Cons:

The room itself was pretty small, I was alone so it was fine but for 2 or more people it might be too small

Muy buena ubicación: muy céntrico y a la vez tranquilo

Cons:

No funcionaba el restaurante ni el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Cosas que se esperan de un 4 estrellas.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pie en 10 +/- minutos tienes los sitios más céntricos y emblemáticos alrededor de la ciudad.
El personal es muy eficiente y agradable.

Cons:

La cama podría ser un tanto más cómoda. Hay en la habitación quizás una "excesiva" calor que no puedes controlar.
