Decent stay
Pros:

Κοντά σε στάση metro και tram

Cons:

Είμαστε 4 άτομα και μας είχαν βάλει 2 πετσέτες μπανιου μόνο. Τηλεφώνησα στην υποδοχή 3 φορές!!! χωρίς ανταπόκριση και στο τέλος κατεβήκαμε προσωπικά στο reception για να ζητήσουμε ξανά!!!!!!! Στο μπανιο δεν υπηρχε προστατευτικο γυαλί! ή έστω κουρτινα μπάνιου με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να βγαίνουν έξω από τη μπανιέρα.

מלון נקי ומבריק. צוות הקבלה מאוד נחמדים. נענו לכול מה שבקשנו. הביאו לנו לאכול בחדר ישיבות משום שאנו שומרי כשרות. קרוב לחב"ד.

Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und ein Parkplatz vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist extra zu bezahlen, somit ist das Hotel doch etwas teurer.

fabulous room, really bad breakfast

the room was fabulous! The design and the beds! Wow

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing! Too few vegetables, a limited variety of products and those available were not the best quality. The breakfast area felt as it was frozen in time, as if it belonged to 40-50 years ago

מלון נקי ומסודר. צוות הקבלה קבל אותנו בהארת פנים. עזר לנו בכול בקשה שביקשנו.
הביאו לנו חדר פרטי לאכול ארוחת בוקר בגלל שאנו שומרים כשר.

Una gran ciudad / un gran hotel
Pros:

Estupenda ubicación, muy cerca de la catedral de Sofía y muy cerca del centro, habitación familiar dividida, muy bien, desayuno estupendo, la parte de dulces espectaculares. Calidad precio muy buena, volveré a este hotel, porque me ha encantado tanto el hotel como la ciudad.

Cons:

Quizá el sofá cama, que aunque era muy grande, es colchón era demasiado fino, sonaban los muelles y tenía un solo edredón para 2 personas. Pero vamos que es pasable.

מלון מצוין להישאר בשבת אם אתם דתיים. יש דלת צדדית לא חשמלית בנוסף לדלת החשמלית ולחדר נכנסים עם כרטיס, קיבלנו רק כרטיס אחד והשארנו אותו בפנים כל השבת וכל פעם כשרצינו לעלות לחדר ביקשנו בקבלה והגיעו עד למעלה ופתחו לנו, הם מכירים את הבקשה ועשו את זה בשמחה.
בחודש אוגוסט היו המון דתיים ברמה שהיה מניין צאת שבת והבדלה בלובי.
8 דק הליכה לבית חב"ד, הליכה נוחה וקלה יחסית.
חוץ מזה המלון נחמד ונקי, לא משהו מטורף אבל לגמרי בסדר, היינו עם ילדים וקיבלנו 2 חדרים צמודים וזה היה ממש נח
