В целом неплохой отель, но не супер.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, чисто, достаточно просторный номер. Хороший завтрак с довольно широким выбором, но если вы будете приходить раньше чем за 1-1,5 часа до конца. В номере есть чайный набор.

Cons:

Мебель в номере уже немного уставшая.
Наш номер был с видом на улицу Kazimierza Wielkiego. Большое красивое окно, но стекло не полностью прозрачное, а всё в мелких пузырьках, поэтому всё выглядит как в дымке.
Окно вообще не открывается, но при этом довольно шумно, мы спали с берушами, и ночью очень яркий свет от фонарей, который сильно просвечивает даже через маленькие щели по бокам штор.
Горячие блюда на завтраке перестают пополнять за 1-1,5 часа до конца завтрака, так что если вы не придете более заранее, то выбор горячего будет небольшой или вообще уже ничего не останется.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist natürlich top.
Das Frühstück ist das Gegenteil. Sehr kleine Auswahl, insbesondere bei Käse-und Wurstaufschnitt hinzu viel zu wenig aufgelegt (sehr sparsam) kein gutes Gemüse und viel zu wenig, von Obst ganz zu schweigen. Warme Speisen waren zum Teil nicht mehr warm. Die gesamte Präsentation miserabel. Ich bin mittlerweile seit fast 10 Jahren in dem Hotel also Stammgast und bin das letzte mal als Gast gewesen. Die Qualität des Hotels nimmt stets ab.

Cons:

Das gesamte Bild, der Standart des Hotels ist zu verbessern. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr.
Ich kenne das Hotel Europeum noch in einem anderen Bild. Das ist wieder herzustellen ansonsten ist das in der Qualität nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Hotel zum Erkunden Wroclaws
Pros:

Es gibt schallisolierte Fenster, die nicht geöffnet werden können, trotzdem war das Klima im Zimmer sehr angenehm und es war auch relativ ruhig.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Nähe zum Zentrum echt spitze. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück war auch kein Problem. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Es liegt an einer stark befahren Straße und der Blick in den Innenhof ist nicht sehr schön.

Cons:

Gutes Frühstück, aber nur ein sehr langsamer Kaffeeautomat, der zu sehr langer Wartezeit führt, wenn viele Gäste auf einmal Essen kommen.

予約と違う部屋にされた
Cons:

booking.comの写真だと、クラシックダブルルームは窓の大きな部屋だったので、ちょっと高くてもそっちを予約したのに、通された部屋は窓が小さな明らかに写真の部屋とは違う部屋でした。
最初はそういう事もあるかぁ‥と諦めてましたが、外からホテルの外観をみたら、自分達の部屋と窓の大きな部屋の階が違ってたので、間違えられたのでは?
と不信感一杯です。
チェックイン後、数時間経っていたので、何か言っても、部屋も変えてくれるか分からないから面倒くさいので泣き寝入りしましたし、もしbooking.comにクレームしても、なかなか責任者に通らない様な事をよく聞くので、差額の返金も無理だろうなと思ってます。

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank kühlte leider nicht richtig und eine Steckdose hing gefährlich aus der Wand.
Schade auch, dass die Bar unten nicht für die Gäste am Abend genutzt werden konnte.
