Fijne centrale ligging , goed ontbijt maar de kamers moeten wel aan moderne tijd aangepast worden.
Pros:

Goede locatie middenin het centrum

Cons:

We hadden kamer met balkon geboekt. We kregen kamer 27. Bij deze kamer is het balkon alleen bereikbaar via de gang (om de hoek). Er is geen balkondeur in de kamer.
Uiteindelijk na klacht is het verschil in prijs met standaardkamer als compensatie terug betaald.

Goed liggend hotel dat nodig gerenoveerd moet worden!
Pros:

Ligging, personeel, balkon, ontbijt, gebouw.

Cons:

Oude en kleine kamer. Oude badkamer met scheef hangend licht. Half douchegordijn terwijl aan twee kanten de douche open was. Het is allemaal oud en sleets.

We would heartily and without reservation recommen your hotel to anyone planning a stay in Deventer.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed an adaptor for our phone chargers, and they were loaned to us without cost. The breakfast was very complete and well done, and the servicing staff very efficient and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-furnished with what we needed.

Cons:

A plug for the sink, so water can be retained for shaving.
We in the USA are also used to having facecloths for bathing. This is not something that is typically provided in Europe.
All else was very satisfactory.

Goede locatie, mooi hotel en vriendelijk personeel, maar hygiënisch onder de maat.
Pros:

De locatie. In de stad van Deventer. Alles op loopafstand.

Cons:

De hygiëne in de kamer en badkamer. Het tapijt zag er vies uit en er lag overal nog veel stof in de kamer. Linnengoed was schoon. Ik had een luxe twee persoons kamer gehuurd. Er zat geen deur in de badkamer. Ik was met een vriendin dus een deur was wel wenselijk geweest. Bijna vrij zicht op het toilet vanuit de kamer.

Perfect! Een balkonnetje waar je heerlijk (droog zat) kon genieten en mooi uitzicht hebt op de binnenplaats
Pros:

Perfecte en hele mooie locatie. Op loopafstand van het bruisende centrum! In de buurt van mooie bezienswaardigheden , winkels en restaurants!
Het is een prachtig oud pand!
Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Cons:

Enige klein minpuntje
Het douchegordijn, niet volledig te sluiten en hing in de weg als je bij de wastafel stond.

Great location, friendly staff and an awesome breakfast. Go there!
Pros:

Amazing staff came and secured our bikes inside before we checked in as he didn’t trust the street.
Staff were really friendly and obliging . The building itself is very historic and beautiful inside. We also got the best breakfast included of our whole trip there.

Cons:

The only problem was having a room on the 4th floor. The final staircase was a near vertical spiral stair. Pretty tiring for a couple in their late 60s.

Eenvoudig maar sfeervol hotel

Prima ligging in het centrum, sfeervol hotel.

Cons:

Geen lift, kamer was 4 hoog dus veel trappen klimmen. Ook mag je je auto niet voor je hotel parkeren om je bagage in-/uit te laden omdat deze zich in een voetgangersgebied bevind. Dus minder geschikt voor oudere mensen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er is ook geen restaurant! Er is geen airco, dus 4 hoog is dit op warme dagen niet te doen! De aanwezige ventilator is dan onvoldoende.

Pros:

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Es hat durchaus viel Charme und das Zimmer mit Balkon war entgegen unserer Befürchtung auch rihig . Die Lage ist top. Ich würde es den neuen Top modernen anonymen Hotel mit viel Zeug was keiner braucht vorziehen. Auch das Frühstück
war richtig gut.

Ruime kamer die wel een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken.
Pros:

Gebouw is prachtig en de entree ook. Locatie is top, je loopt zo het centrum in. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De kamer was ruim maar kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Kleine dingen als, ervoor zorgen dat de gordijnhaakjes in de oogjes zitten, zou al een verschil maken. De kamer komt nu verwaarloosd over.
