Pěkný hotel v centru s průměrnou snídaní
Pros:

Hotel je přímo v centru Karlových Varů, kousek od Vřídla. Interiér hotelu je moc pěkný, k dispozici je i wellness (bez poplatku pro ubytované), zařízení pokojů dostatečné, k dispozici je lednička, chyběla však varná konvice.

Cons:

Kromě chybějící varné konvice, jsem nebyl nadšený ze snídaní. Pečivo bylo velmi omezené, jen balené krajíce chleba, žádné čerstvé bulky, kaiserky, rohlíky a podobně. V nabídce bylo pár extra věcí (jako krevety, kaviár), na druhé straně chyběly takové samozřejmosti jako malé pomazánkové máslo, více zeleniny, míchaná vajíčka (byly jen volská oka). U 4* hotelu bych to očekával.

Pros:

Probably the best hotel we have been to in Karlovy Vary. The room was very nice and had everything one may need, including a fridge, air conditioning, and a lot of storage space. The bathroom was very clean and towels and bed linen of a very good quality. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a good lighting. The breakfast was very good and diverse too. Finally, the location is superb.

The male receptionist was a bit unwelcoming

Mir hat tatsächlich nur Karlsbad gefallen die Stadt

Cons:

Ich fand das Frühstück sehr trocken. Es ist Sommer und wir hatten null Obst zur Auswahl. Orangensaft aus der plastikflasche in den Glas Krug gefüllt . Das Sprudel war kostenpflichtig obwohl beim Frühstück auch Wasser sein sollte. Das Zimmer 505 war sehr sehr klein. Hat mir null gefallen. In die saune sind Gäste mit Bade Utensilien rein was sehr unästhetisch ist. Es gab 3 liege Stühle die immer aufgebraucht waren. Und leider waren immer mehr drin. Des Weiteren wurde die Terrasse renoviert konnte man ebenso nicht nutzen. Was bei 37 grad natürlich schön ist. Vor allem als Raucher !!!

Byli jsme ubytováni ve starší části hotelu. Koberec už něco pamatuje ,na toaletu zakopnete o sprchovy kout,j ak je malá pruchozí část.A snidaně ,pulený rohlíkya párky-neodpovídalo standartu čtyřhvězdičkového hotelu atd
