Great location, loads of parking, staff are always great.
Pros:

Loads of parking and access to the Glen Shopping Centre. Plenty of places to eat. Staff always very attentive.

Cons:

Quite a bit of noise after midnight from other rooms, but that is more a reflection on the guests than the hosts.

friendly receptionist, quiet room, comfortable bed, clean facilities. Good location just a short walk from the station with plenty of food outlets nearby

Better than I expected; would stay here again.
Pros:

Checkin was easy and friendly. The room was a good size and well-appointed. I found it very comfortable and easy to spend time there which was great as I had some work to do with my laptop. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

A few minor things: the bathroom vent fan didn't work and the ironing board was exceptionally rickety with a tendency to collapse.

Pros:

It wasn't too bad. There was someone's takeaway dinner from what looked like weeks before stashed in the cupboard. Rooms were quiet. Most of the staff were good. One woman was super rude but they're everywhere. Peace.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely staff on check in.

Cons:

Super noisy in the morning with cleaning staff yelling/laughing in the corridor. No one at reception desk to check out. Bed/mattress was hard/lumpy/uncomfortable.
