Bed too soft
Checking in and out is efficient and simple the staff are welcoming friendly and helpful
The fridge needs defrosting
Location suited our purpose well as it was easy to find and get to.
Room is comfortable size if a little dated and carpet has a few marks/stains but everything else was clean and serviceable with a sofa and desk too.
Appreciated the ground floor access seeing as I currently use a mobility aid.
Reception Staff were fabulous and super helpful and pleasant.
Bed is a little tired and needed extra pillows and blankets as the cover was too thin. Only one extra pillow was provided in the cupboard.
There were some noisy guests with children out riding scooters round the carpark and yelling to each other between 11pm and midnight which was annoying.
Car parking is not allocated so can get a little chaotic.
Cosy and convenient
No complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush and the noise from nxt door in the middle of the night.
They were pretty loud eg. Yelling screaming out, opening and closing their doors not considering others.
Location is quite but walking distance to eateries and shops including the Glen shopping mall. Room was decent and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking on site.
Shower was very small and with an ill fitting curtains letting water out in to the bathroom

Convenient location; a few minutes walk to Glen Waverley CBD and full of restaurants and chemist. Around 7 mins walk to Glen Waverley train station, good to take public transport.
Motel level of room setting and room service. Air conditioner has unstable control on heating temperature.
