Nice, cosy, everything you need to have a nice stay in center of Chania. Staff was very kind.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y el personal es MUY agradable. Nuestra estancia allí fue mejorada gracias al señor de la recepción. También la señora de la limpieza es un absoluto amor. Todo muy limpio, y bien cuidado aunque sean instalaciones no renovadas.

Cons:

Parking en verano dependiendo de la hora es complicado.

Perfect honeymoon
Pros:

We celebrated our honeymoon at this hotel. We really loved its location — just a 5‑minute walk to the beach and a 5‑minute walk to the old town. The old town and the city center are very beautiful. The hotel has two stars, but in terms of hospitality, attention to guests’ needs, and service, it truly deserves five stars or even more.
A big thank you to the owner and all the staff for the excellent service and the wonderful time we had. We are thinking of coming back to Crete and staying at this hotel again.

Abbiamo passato 1 notte, staff molto gentile e accogliente. Posizione comodissima.

Cons:

Struttura un po vecchia ma tenuta bene. Per 1 notte andava bene.

one of the best hotels in chania location 10/10, cleanliness and very kind staff even though my plane was delayed they waited for me until late and the next day they helped me with my suitcases and everything thank you very much

Pros:

- Месторасположение шикарное!
- Хорошо работал кондиционер в номере - быстро охлаждал.
- Хороший напор воды в душе.

Cons:

- Нерабочий фен на стене в ванной.
- Выключенный холодильник из розетки, то есть надо ждать, пока он охладится, если он вам нужен. Быстро охладить продукты не получится.
- Очень тусклое освещение в номере - даже когда оно всё уже включено.
- В ванной комнате вентиляция работает, как вертолет по громкости звука.
- Ежедневная уборка совсем ни к чему, если у гостей всего 2 ночи. В комнате нет значка на дверь, чтоб не беспокоили с уборками.
И в целом не все другие удобства продуманы (номер #202).
