Moderní prostředí restaurace, snídaně dobré.

Cons:

Situování pokoje - při stupu z chodby rovnou do postele. nebyli u manželských postelí n oční stolky, pokoj pro dva měl pouze jednu židli (křesílko).

Very Disappointing Stay – Excessive Noise and Poor Housekeeping

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The two biggest problems were the excessive noise and the very poor housekeeping service.

The music started as early as 7:00 AM every morning and continued until around 9:00–10:00 PM, with constant loud bass and heavy thumping sounds. I complained repeatedly, but the situation was not properly addressed. Starting extremely loud music at 7:00 AM is completely unreasonable for a hotel, especially when guests may still be sleeping. There seemed to be very little consideration for the comfort of paying guests.

Sundays were even worse. The hotel hosted a festival/event with extremely loud music, creating significant disturbance throughout the property. What made this even more frustrating was that none of this was properly communicated to me at check-in. Had I known that the hotel regularly had such loud events and music, I would have seriously reconsidered my booking.

The housekeeping service was another major disappointment. I placed the “Please Clean My Room” sign on the door every day, but the housekeeping staff essentially only emptied the rubbish bin. Fresh towels were not provided, the bedding was not properly refreshed, and the sheets were not changed or properly cleaned during my stay. This is far below what I would expect from a hotel.

If you are someone who wakes up very early and does not mind loud music, this may not be a major issue. However, for anyone who expects to sleep until 7–8 AM or simply wants a peaceful and relaxing stay, I would strongly advise thinking twice before booking this hotel.

Overall, the combination of excessive daily noise, extremely loud Sunday events, inadequate communication at check-in, and poor housekeeping made my stay very uncomfortable and far below my expectations.

Tolle landschaftliche Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist ein Geheimtipp - tolle Speisen, Burger, Pizzen aus dem Steinofen. Jeden Abend volle Belegung. Frühstück war lecker und All you can eat.

Dobre wyposażenie, przestronny pokój.

Cons:

Okropny hałas poranny. W weekend przed godziną 8.00 do godz. 12.00 puszczają głośną muzykę, która przyprawia o ból głowy! Łomot plus saksofon w kółko przez ponad trzy godziny.
Na korytarzu śmierdzi z kuchni bo zła wentylacja. Potem zapach idzie do pokojów.
Bardzo wysokie ceny śniadania, które 450 koron za osobę! Oficjalnie są inne.
Cienkie ściany. Wszystko słychać z korytarza i głosy z innych pokojów. .
Twarde materace. Poduszka jedna, na której nie da się spać.
