Staff were fabulous 👌 exceptionally friendly and efficient

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and possibly mold around the tub. Breakfast buffet was average didn't have items stoked up. No pancakes hashbrowns and the coffee dispenser was cold with no milk at the time unfortunately. Bit of a bummer.

Great place and value for money
Pros:

It was 11.45pm and I was able to contact the hotel and they had a room available. It had been a tough day and I really appreciated their willingness to help me.

A great place to stay
Pros:

lady at desk was extremely friendly. upgraded our room at no charge. room was very clean modern and comfortable

Cons:

in room 5 the outdoor lamp shines through the kitchen window at night making it very light in the room could do with a blind or some sort of window covering to block it

Great quiet location and modern well appointed room.
Pros:

Great location, modern (we chose the superior studio which are separate to the main building, I believe those are more dated rooms in terms of decor).

Cons:

A little on the high side in terms of price but we received an upgrade to a larger room which made it worthwhile.
