room had just been renovated really nice but they didn't put a long mirror in, Just a very small one in bathroom only can see head. I let them know!

Net curtains were mucky. Bathroom wall paper was peeling and it was poorly designed causing lots of water on the floor and condensation after a shower.

Excellent upgrade to newly renovated studio
Pros:

We were offered a free upgrade, to one of the newly renovated studios. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was successfully renovated.

Cons:

Not sure what the standard rooms look like, so I suppose I cant base judgements on those

Stay was very good, will come back again.
Pros:

Room was clean, nicely set out

Cons:

Lock to room was hard to lock and unlock.
Bed had a roll together, had to put pillow between us. Other then that the stay was good.

Cons:

Very old & cold but the receptionist did supply us a spare heater as our room was freezing. Very dated felt like we were in a second hand shop with that old smell. Waiting to go home for a shower as the shower was not appealing.

Perfect peace and calm.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a delightful family suite. The room was quiet, clean, and deliciously comfy.

Did the job for the night and would stay again.
Pros:

The location is good, the room was fine for the amount paid, beds were comfortable, a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The shower screen did not seal meaning the floor got soaked, also the toilet roll holder is mounted on the wrong position on the door meaning too long a stretch when the door is closed. Breakfast while handy being on-site, was expensive.

Pros:

The room. Size and staff.,super comfy bed was the best .

Cons:

Mouldy curtains and ripped ,worn carpets ja shame for a stunning building .needs so much update it reminds me of the chateau.
