Brilliant stay would highly recommend!
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind thank you! We had an awful stressful experience with our luggage transfer company and the staff at Hotel Olatu couldn’t do enough for us! When I called they recommended someone else to us and saved the day! Thank you so much to the receptionist who was working that morning, you were amazing and we really appreciated all your help! Also a big shout out to Mikel at TRANSBIZKAIA who took care of our luggage without hesitation. We were very late arriving and the receptionist went above and beyond for us, thank you! She personally brought us downstairs to the restaurant to secure us a table so we could get dinner straight away. Honestly can’t thank the staff enough you were incredible.

Very good stay in central Zarautz
Pros:

Very central location at walking distance from the beach and the bars. Clean and comfortable apartment with good beds

Perfect option for a beach and hiking holiday!
Pros:

Perfect location in the city center, literally 100meters from the beach. Surrounded by lots of nice cafes and restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the airco helped to cool down during the heat!

Lo mejor es la ubicación, sin duda. También la limpieza del edificio y de la habitación

Cons:

El aire acondicionado solo tenía dos posiciones: apagado o a topísimo. Lo que hacía necesario abrir las ventanas por la noche por el calor, y no se podía dormir del jaleo (por la ubicación céntrica). Estaría bien que el aire tuviese un mando de los de siempre para poder regular la intensidad.
Hacer el checkin en otro edificio complica la logística

Liimpieza y comodidad.
Pros:

Hotel en plena zona vieja de Zarautz y muy cerca de la playa. Nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior, por lo que por la noche (y eso que era sábado) no tuvimos ningún tipo de ruido. No sé qué tal hubiera sido si la habitación diera a la calle, porque es una zona de bares con mucho tránsito.
Parece que está reformado no hace mucho tiempo. Se ve todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. La habitación muy cómoda y muy bien equipada.
Está en una calle peatonal. Tienen reservado un sitio en la calle para dejar el coche (máximo 20 minutos) para dejar las maletas. En verano, en Zarautz es imposible aparcar. El hotel tiene reservadas varias plazas en el parking subterráneo que está muy cerca. Se recomienda utilizar estas plazas.

Cons:

Precio elevado. Hemos estado viajando por el País Vasco, desde Bilbao a San Sebastián. Y, de largo, ha sido el hotel más caro de todo el recorrido.
