Staff very friendly and welcoming
Exceptional property in an exceptional location and managed by an exceptional staff. Food was beautiful, fresh and well presented. Staff also were able to answer any question on the food.
WE had to check out early and a request for an express breakfast was met open arms. Small things swing the deal. In this holiday of northern Scotland, Pine Trees was the best we encountered in all categories.
Scottish hotels love heating the hotel rooms. Pine Trees did likewise. Sometimes a little too hot.
The overall stay was fantastic staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel was exceptional clean and comfortable the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Pitlochry but you feel like you’re in the countryside very peaceful. I would have no qualms in returning and recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel has an excellent location — set in a picturesque forest, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The hotel is beautiful and modern, fully matching the photos, and probably one of the best in the region. Large территории, private parking, spacious rooms in separate cottages, and friendly staff. The room had everything we needed and even more.
The restaurant aims for fine dining but doesn’t quite reach the mark. The steak was the best dish, while the rest was average. Breakfast was decent, but by 10:00 a.m. many dishes were already gone.

We’d booked a mansion room and it was large, tasteful and extremely clean. The operations manager Rohan took great care of us and we had an amazing whiskey tasting with the help of Jamie. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating especially considering we had a 2 year old with us. The breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Fro the money, I would have liked a fridge in my room and less furniture. The room seemed a little cluttered. Also, there were far too many emails from Booking.com about the stay. It became and continues to be rather annoying. I book a room at a hotel. I don't need reminding via several emails that the stay is coming up, or asking whether I'd like to book dinner, or get a lift arranged from an airport. Please stop doing this.

Friendly staff, great restaurant, beautiful buildings with perks like free snacks and super delicious cake at 3pm.
The original room we were offered had a tiny wasp's nest in it - probably because the windows didn't have screens. We were moved to another room which we were told was an "upgrade." The room was probably more expensive because it slept 4 people, but there were only 2 of us. We liked the first room a lot better. Also, we weren't offered any help with our luggage as we moved from one room to the next (and the rooms were in two different buildings).
