It was our first time in Veliko Tarnovo and at this hotel. We can’t wait to go back again.
Pros:

Great location, beautiful property, amazing views and good food at the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they speak English, they offer parking literally in front of the hotel.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, guter Pool.

Cons:

Wir mussten für den Hund 50% mehr bezahlen als auf booking com beschrieben. Auch Sauna war nicht inklusive, sondern kostete 12€ Aufpreis - was erst im Nachhinein bekannt wurde.
Sie sollten das einfach fair kommunizieren.

Cons:

Bit outdated. Linen had marks of unusual character. Bathrooms and pool need more cleaning, so are the balconies. The view is great but enjoying it in front of huge pile of pigeons poo, kinda kills it...
