It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and very close to both the metro and tram. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even allowed us to keep our stroller in the restaurant area and were happy for us to eat food we had purchased from another restaurant there, which was especially convenient while traveling with a toddler.

The room was a decent size, although since it faced the main road, there was quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

Pros:

Quarto confortável para duas pessoas. Banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas para duas noites foi ok. Não fica muito próximo ao centro, mas 30min caminhando foi tranquilo.

Cons:

A recepcionista aparentava pouca vontade em ajudar os hóspedes. Mas quando trocou o turno, o senhor foi super simpático e nos deu vários dicas. Sentimos falta de um ar condicionado e frigobar
