I found ants in the cereal the bed looked bigger in the website I saw a lot of reviews of bedbugs when I wasn’t to satisfied I didn’t have any but the fact there was ants in food out for breakfast tels me they don’t quality control

Comfortable and clean, service could improve
Pros:

I was very happy to discover that we were put in the “budget room” in the courtyard facing the garden rather than in the basement facing the street (which is where most of the budget rooms are). The duvets were lovely and fans were provided, which was useful (it was about 24°C when I went). The room was very clean, as well as comfortable. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee available in the room, and I was able to store leftovers from a restaurant in the hotel’s kitchen’s fridge.

Cons:

One of the ladies at the reception was quite cold and rude to us. The hotel was also difficult to contact both through text and call; I called several times at different hours of the day and they did not answer at any time.

Pros:

Great location. We walked most places which was easy from there. Room was clean and good size. Staff were helpful with any questions we had.

Cons:

A small fridge to keep drinks cool would have been good.
