Don’t stay here
Pros:

Location was awful it’s in the ghetto and got harassed walking down the road

Cons:

There was more things in the room that were broke than working. We stayed during heatwave and wings of fan fell off as soon as we turned it on. Shower door and toilet seat also hanging off. Check in meant to be 2pm but none of the rooms were ready by 2:30 and there was 4 parties waiting

Awful.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the location is pretty good if you want to get to Wembley, but an Uber is about 45 mins and will cost £30-40 depending on time.

Cons:

Checked in and dropped bags quickly before leaving. Came back around 23:00 and no staff at the desk, came into the room and realised the lock on the door was broken and missing a screw so you could probably give it a push and the lock would break open.
The shower was broken and wouldn’t stay up and kept falling off and spraying water everywhere. The soap dispenser was empty and also broken so if you knocked it, it fell apart in the shower.
Three of us staying in a room clearly designed for two but another bed had been crammed in. We were top floor and the room was about 30 degrees inside with two barely working desk fans that just blew hot air around.
I went to get into bed, and the mattress collapsed, when inspected, the slats in the bed had been broken and then not been repaired so the mattress was just sat on the frame, meaning the bed was now at a massive angle and couldn’t be slept on so two had to cram in a single bed in the heat.
Terrible stay, and when we got up we checked out as soon as we could. The room was incredibly tired, the artwork in the hallway had literal mould growing inside the frame, the carpet was ripped in multiple places. Dreadful.

Great hotel and staff, value for money.
Pros:

The hotel was picked for its ease of commuting to wembly stadium. It was a very plesant walk to the station.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Concidering our stay was during a heatwave, we were thrilled to find a fan in the room

Cons:

The size of the room was a little restricting but in terms of value for money I cant complain.

quedt multuole times to have a new room
Cons:

I was given a room in the basement, even though I had requested in advance to be assigned a specific room, as I am a regular customer. The basement room had mosquitoes, and I had to ask multiple times to be moved. Although they eventually gave me a different room, they could have accommodated my request much sooner.

Pleasant stay, ideal for weekend, especially if going to Bysh Hall or QPR.
Pros:

Easy parking, make sure you book in advance. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Water pressure was a bit iffy, struggled to get any meaningful water in shower, gave up after 5 minutes, air blockage in tap so that was a big hit and miss.

Staff was nice but room was terrible would never stay again
Pros:

Its ok for the price staff were nice enough

Cons:

When we arrived around 3/3:30 the room was not ready so had to wait around with luggage which wasn't ideal but man in reception was nice and apologetic. However We were on the top floor when it was 30+ degrees so the room was so so hot staff gave us two fans made no difference to be honest. The electricity did not work in the room took hours and hours to charge up your phone. One socked was making sizzling ant popping sounds. The plugs on the wall by the bathroom blocked the sliding door so if you wanted to get in the bathroom all plugs needed to be out. Staff gave us a small extension after complaining. The room was on top floor with lots of stairs was difficult for my mother and brother to get up them as they both have disabilities and struggle with chronic leg pain. Also the shower was broken the head would not stay up so if you wanted a shower you had to hold the shower head the whole time. And
Lastly we aren't sure if there was bed bugs as my brother had bites all over him and i had a few too.
