I loved the apartment and the main bedroom and ensuite, I loved being so close to my sister and family in the next door apartment

The staff were amazing- particularly Dani who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and was so friendly. It was extremely clean and spacious and we had everything we needed

Within easy walking distance to food, coffee and the beach. The room upgrade was very much appreciated by us all. Quiet location.

The living room couch smelled, needed a cleaning.

Stairs, I'm too old to be carrying suitcases up stairs.
Low entrance to the undercover car park, rack covers hit the roof.
We had a family above us, and I understand that children will be children, but as three older ladies, we did not appreciate the little boy upstairs bouncing the basketball at 6 in the morning and never stopped until 8 or 9. My suggestion would be to put families together and single people away.
Location was good. We were upgraded which was nice. Apartment 3 which was lovely just a bit dark inside.

Apartment size was great. Very well appointed with everything we needed. Fantastic location!
There could have been some recycling bins for our bottles and cans , couldn't find any onsite, and the stairs were very hard to get up and down with suitcases, a lift would be nice.
It was central to everything, the 4 mile beach is opposite and shops are close by.
Apartment was large and catered for all you need and being on the ground floor meant we had close access to the pool.

Proximity to beach front, only 100 yards from building. Nicely laid out and well fitted with extremely comfortable beds.
All was great, super place, high end, well apportioned, very well taken care of. The apartment however had no views, limited daylight, large balcony however it had no aspect, looked onto other buildings walls just feet away as did the windows.

A little under equipped
The apartment was well appointed and very clean. The complex was beautiful, and we pretty much had the pools and BBQs to ourselves.
There was no elevator, and we struggled getting the bags up to the apartment.
The location, the beach was literally there and the walk along the beach was perfect. The shops are close too, a short walk away. There's a couple of cafes that you can walk to and get breakfast while watching beach. If you have kids the water play park is very close too. The outdoor area of the apartment was lovely. We sat there most days enjoying the location. The pool was great too, my kids enjoyed it. The carpark was fantastic. Very close parking to where we had to walk up.
The washing machine had mold in it and it smelled. I didn't want to use it. If you turned off the aircon, overnight it sounded like jumanji and it was so hard to sleep. The beds were not comfortable, the moment my husband rolled over lightly or moved it shook the whole bed. The pillows were not comfortable either. If you had a problem after reception has gone (3, 4 or 5pm depending on the day) you cannot talk to anyone if you have a problem unless you have an emergency there is a number.
