La piscina, la stanza era dotata di tutti i comfort, punto strategico vicino alla stazione e parco Tivoli.

Cons:

Sono le mattonelle del pavimento del bagno della stanza e del locale piscina, purtroppo non erano antiscivolo e con l’acqua si rischiava di scivolarle e farsi male. Dovrebbero mettere sistemi antiscivolo

Over paid for facilities unavailable and a tired and unclean room

Cons:

Room was old and tired and in places in need of a deep clean. The swimming pool was closed for almost half of my stay and that was one of the reasons I booked there. I wrote an email with photos of defects in the room but 5 days on still haven't had any reply. Very expensive and well below a 4 star standard.

Luxury Copenhagen hotel within walking distance of the station
Pros:

Excellent room with super views. Access to the Executive Lounge much appreciated. All the staff were exceptional. Super comfortable bed.
