One of the most important changes in the introduction of personal Entry Cards, that is why we advise to book the tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier, that is why prebooking is necessary.

Guest Reviews
Hotel zakwaterował wycieczkę zagranicznej młodzieży wokół naszego pokoju. Można się domyślać jak wyglądała noc.
More variety of hot food and vegetarian items. Its distance from Old town was an issue
Better breakfast. Larger room.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, the location was excellent, and the breakfast offered a good selection of food. The ice dispenser and laundry facilities were a big plus.
The staff could be more welcoming and approachable. For a hotel in the hospitality industry, a warmer and friendlier atmosphere could make a big difference in a guest’s experience. Most of the staff rarely smiled, and the receptionist who checked us in on the evening of October 4 seemed impatient, unfriendly, and somewhat rude. Unfortunately, this left a poor first impression. I hope the hotel takes this as constructive feedback.
The staff were helpful.
We didn’t like the foyer and the presence of what looked like a mini mart at entrance with lots of junk food. The front desk did not have the presence you would expect from a Hilton hotel.
Very comfortable rooms, spacious and very clean. The location was good, calm (even though next to a main road) and good access to buses / trams. The breakfast was also nice, with a lot of sweet and savory options.
