Please note that starting 1 April Auschwitz & Birkenau museum will change booking rules. One of the most important changes in the introduction of personal Entry Cards, that is why we advise to book the tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier, that is why prebooking is necessary.

Triple room was too tight for 3 persons
La struttura in generale, il parcheggio gratuito, la colazione ok, camera ok. Qualità del cibo (colazione e cena) ok.
Livello generale dello staff rivedibile, livello medio di lingua inglese non all'altezza di una struttura internazionale di questo livello. Alto turnover del personale, provata la cena 4 volte, con stessa ordinazione e mai con lo stesso risultato. Siamo rimasti delusi dal servizio cena incluso.

Totul a fost conform asteptarilor. Are si un imens avantaj pentru ca este amplasat in vecinatatea liniei de autobuz spre aeroport.
Poate distanta mai mare fata de centru, dar nu-i neaparat un dezavantaj. Se poate ajunge relativ usor pe jos in centru.

The location is good, the old town is close by. The parking was comfortable and free next to the hotel.
I was assigned to wheelchair rooms -they told me-because i was with my kids. We did not like these rooms as they were smelling bad (cigarettes probably) and the wheelchair bathrooms are especially impractical with kids. The staff was polite but reluctant to change our rooms. We booked halfboard. The breakfast was nice but the dinner was from a “menu”, bad quality at a high price. This hotel was a disappointment for my family.

Hluk od aut a motorek z frekventované ulice. Pokud necháte okno zavřené, neslyšíte skoro nic. Dobrá zvuková izolace .
Super czysto, klimatyzacja oraz znakomite i zróżnicowane śniadania.

A szállás jó helyen van.A reggeli bőséges.A szoba teljesen megfelelő.A személyzet kedves,bár a minősíthetetlen menüs vacsorára majdnem 0 vendégszám mellett kb fél-egy órát kell várni....(pl egy paradicsomlevesre)
A vacsora botrányos ,teljes lehúzás.A menü amit adnak egy rosszabb fajta iskolai menzához mérhető.A leves kb. egy óvodában ilyen adag. Amit étlapot kihoznak horror árak főleg ezért a minőségért.7 nap tapasztalata .Utólsó napokban a gyerek menüt ettük ,naponként csökkenő méretben........Mi sajnos előre befizettük a 7db vacsorát.(1155 Zloty -ból máshol normálisan megvacsorázhattunk volna) SENKINEK NEM AJÁNLOM!
