Pros:

Stayed here on the night of July-2, 2026 in room no: 301.
The view from this room was of the vehicle parking & trash cans outside.
Since we had an early morning flight on July-3 @ ~8+ am, the hotel arranged for packed breakfast in white colured hotel branded ready to go carry bags with biscuit / cookie packet, water bottle, apple, sandwich, tissues, jam etc which our whole group of 40+ people ate in the Rome airport, after chcking in luggage there & before passing through security.

~ 20 mins from the colosseum & ~30 mins from the Rome airport.
