Accueil sympathique
Pros:

Le sourire de la personne de l’accueil. La clim qui fonctionnait bien. Le parking fermé la nuit. Cette fois-ci les croissants étaient frais.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur. Hôtel éloigné de l'autoroute.

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur.Taches sur la moquette. Et surtout croissants du petit-déjeuner rassis ! L'ascenseur cela peut être difficile d'y remédier. Mais avoir des croissants frais cela reste dans vos possibilités.

L’accueil, hôtesse très gentille. Le petit déjeuner et le parking sécurisé.

Cons:

Présence d’insectes rampants nuisibles pas assez mis en avant pour décider d’y rester ou pas. La patronne n’a pas été très à l’écoute des préoccupations malgré la disponibilité d’autres chambres.Climatisation bruyante.

The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was good with a lot of choice, and the pool was very nice. However…

Cons:

There was a bad smell as you entered the hotel which became worse in the bedrooms. We had two rooms and they both smelled badly of decades of stale cigarette smoke masked by cheap fabric and air freshener. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms tiny. The bathroom floor was wet when we arrived and stayed damp. The shower is terrible and floods and there is no door or curtain.
But worst of all - there were bedbugs. I have bites and blisters all over my hands and arms. I was in room 116. I stay in hotels for work all the time and this was the worst experience I have had in many many years. My first time staying in a Kyriad - and now my last. As a well known hotel chain I expected better - even though it is a budget hotel - I have stayed in many others - ibis, B&B, premier classe, even F1 - and not had an experience like this. Extremely disappointed and expecting some compensation for my discomfort.
