Geen vijf ster/ vier ster plus/ geen parking en harde matras

Niets in frigo nul water op kamer
Geen aanduiding parking( je moet je openbare parking zetten er zijn maar 5 eigen parkeerplaatsen en niet aan geduid!!
Je moet vanuit openbare parking met je valiezen sleuren omdat parking ….
Ontbijt geen granen en stipt 5 voor tien stop !!
Geen vijf ster!!
Geen sauna of zwembad wat normaliter dikwijls bij 5 ster hoort!!
Zeer harde matrassen!
Koffiepoeder op de kamer geen koffiezet

Geweldige locatie, alles was op wandelafstand. Zeer vriendelijk personeel! Voor een fee van 45 euro mocht onze hond ook mee op de kamer.

The location and the breakfast were super. The room was in good condition.

Cons:

We have booked the executive studio with lounge access. It says the rooms with access to the lounge have breakfast included. They sell the breakfast extra on the website as well. So, if you add breakfast, you're paying for a service that you have already paid by booking exec. Room. When I asked about it before booking, they were not helpful in explaining.

The lounge, is mere a small meeting room with coffee and tea and a few snaks and marshmellows. There is a few untasty hot stuff at 5 every day, but they don't always tell you that at the check in.

The staff were mostly guest workers and they were fine, however some of them were not as good.
