Das Badezimmer war recht kalt und es gab keine (sichtbare) Heizung.
Da die Aussentemperatur auch relativ kühl war hat es ein bisschen gestört, aber nicht schlimm.
Dass das Hotel keine Kinderfahrräder zum Ausleihen hat.

Bed was heel hard. En veel alleen Engels sprekende personeel...vind ik als Nederlander een gebrek.
Geen informatie op de kamer over ontbijttijden
Bar hoog 'klasse' publiek waardoor ik volgende keer liever naar vd valk ga.
The first guy in the reception told us the wrong time for breakfast end time. And in that morning we went to breakfast and everything was finished, when we reported the situation to the supervisor, he was not helpful at all. Other than that, the first guy at the reception allegedly forgot to take deposit from us which caused us to have our rooms uncleaned the next day, with a letter calling me to the reception for the unpaid deposit :))) disgrace...
Alles! Tolles Hotel mit tollen Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett. Geräumig und tolle Lage (fußläufig ins Zentrum und die Tram direkt da)!
Frühstück… am ersten Tag war alles leer am Buffet. Wurde auch nur schleppend nachgelegt. Personal sehr fleißig, kam aber nicht hinterher. Nicht mal Tassen für Kaffee gab es. Wurde an Folgetagen dann besser…

The staf was pleasant, breakfast was nicely arranged.
When house keeping comes to the door perhaps knocking before walking in during the guestcstay. Thankfully I was not indispised the multiple times this occured.
The room had a smell that is quite unpleasent (moldy/musty)That was due to the fact that the overflows from the sinks are not cleaned appropriatly. Cleaned the problematiek issue myself and the smell issue was taken care of.
The shower head in the bathtub was not working.
And a friendly reminder to cleaning staff to please clean the bottoms of the soap dispensers as they also grow mold on the slimy residue.

Helaas harde matrassen. We hadden om een topper gevraagd, maar konden niet echt verschil merken. En ook niet goed zien of ze deze er nu op hadden gelegd.
I was very disappointed that there were no amenities at all. I had missed my flight that day and arrived late with a different flight, and to my surprise, there was no toothbrush or paste or any cleaning-related amenities in the room. When I complained the next day to the staff, they said that we had to go to the reception desk and request them.
No amenities in the room—unacceptable. Had higher expectations from Hilton
Het Hilton in Den Haag heeft een uitstekende locatie, er is ook geïnvesteerd in een mooie lobby en restaurant. De kamers zijn aan vernieuwing toe.
De locatie is goed. Helaas was de mini bar niet gevuld en was roomservice rond 22:00 niet beschikbaar. Wat bijzonder is want het restaurant is meestal tot 23.00 geopend.
Voor de rest was de kamer erg ouderwets, het hout in de kamer (zoals het bureau) was toe aan vernieuwing. Het leek ook alsof er al een hele tijd niet meer afgestoft was. Kortom bij een goed 4 sterren hotel krijg je meer waar voor je geld. Aan niets kon ik merken dat ik in in een vijf sterren hotel zat. Bij het uitchecken is het ook willekeur of ze wel of niet vragen hoe je verblijf was, aan mij was die eer niet gegund. Kortom er zijn veel betere hotels in Den Haag.
La propreté, l’amabilité du personnel (très souriant - le travail semble facile alors qu’ils sont tous hyperactifs!), le petit-déjeuner buffet varié et de qualité, le restaurant (cuisine fusion japonaise & péruvienne - une belle découverte et un délice pour les papilles tant pour le sucré, le salé ou les cocktails).
Manque des petits détails que l’on retrouve souvent dans un hôtel 5*, comme par exemple, un petit kit de couture, un petit kit beauté (disques démaquillants, cotons-tiges), au moins de l’eau plate - ici, frigo vide, lumière blanche pour se maquiller, miroir grossissant plus extensible - ici, presque collé au miroir principal), pâte à tartiner,…
Néanmoins, rien qui empêchait de vivre un beau moment.
