Great location, but ruined by unacceptable safety issues and poor service
Pros:

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is central, convenient, close to everything, and surprisingly quiet and cozy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience was ruined by serious safety and operational failures:
👤Major safety concern: During the night, someone tried to open our door. It turned out that due to a system glitch, the hotel double-booked our room and assigned it to another guest. If we hadn’t used the security chain inside, a stranger would have walked right in.
🪥Missing basic amenities: The room lacked basic items such as slippers, bathrobes, and toothbrushes.
Breakfast & Room service: We ordered breakfast, which arrived after a long delay, completely cold, and with missing items. Furthermore, when they forgot to bring coffee to our room, they intended to charge a service fee just to fix their own oversight.
🤖Lack of empathy: When we mentioned that the provided shampoo was harsh on hair and asked if there was an alternative, staff dismissively insisted it was high quality, showed zero empathy, and basically implied we should buy our own at a store.
📴Check-out billing error: At check-out, another system glitch caused them to claim the room was unpaid and try to charge our card again. After we explained and expressed our frustration, they apologized and waived the breakfast fee. While that was a fair gesture, money cannot compensate for ruined comfort, lack of basic safety, and poor customer care.

Bu oteli seçmekle çok doğru yapmışım.
Pros:

Otel konumu,çok büyük olmaması,minibar yerine giriş katında mini market bulunması ve özellikle sabah mükemmel bir kahvaltı yaptığınız mekanın akşam harika bir restorana dönüşmesi mükemmeldi.

Cons:

Booking com. dan aldığım oda ile ilgili sorun yaşadım ve sürekli anlatmak zorunda kaldım...Aile odası olarak Connect ikiz oda satın almıştım ve birkaç kez bunun iki oda olduğu ve bununla ilgili ek ücret ödemem gerektiği ile ilgili uyarılar aldım.
Uzun izahlar yapmam gerekti hakkımı korumak için...sonunda anladılar sanırım.

Alles prima maar veel te klein bad

Kamergrootte was uitstekend, bed prima

Cons:

We wilden heel graag een kamer met bad. Bad was heel teleurstellend, veel te kort en niet diep waardoor ik (1.80m) alleen rechtop kon zitten waarbij alleen mijn benen onder water waren. Zeker geen ruimte om samen in bad te gaan of om echt even in te ontspannen

Eine gute Entscheidung Hilton Hotel Den Haag zu buchen.
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber, angenehm groß, Dusche und WC sehr gut. Beim Frühstück haben wir schon besseres Angebot erlebt und genossen. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist perfekt. Egal, ob zu Fuss in die Einkaufsmeile oder mit Bus oder Tram zu Zielen der Stadt oder des Umlandes, kurze Wege. Das Hotel ist für euine Stadtereise Den Haag ideal!

Cons:

Schon angesprochen, beim Frühstück haben wir schon mehr Freude erlebt. Sonst haben wir keine negativen Bemerkungen.

Cons:

Service valt echt tegen van dit hotel. Ik heb hier vaker overnacht en had de laatste boeking gedaan maar kreeg de verkeerde datum bevestigd (2 weken later) als nog extra nieuwe boeking gedaan maar Hilton wil de verkeerde boeking niet annuleren. Echt kinderachtig van Hilton! Zeker als je al vaker in dit hotel hebt verbleven. Daarnaast viel het ontbijt wat tegen, om 10:30 waren er geen broodjes meer en moesten we aan de boterham terwijl het ontbijt toch echt tot 11uur is.
