Convenient for a one night stay
Pros:

Upon arrival, I attempted to check in around 30 minutes early, but the receptionist advised that I could only do so if I signed up for the hotel's loyalty programme, which I declined. I was then directed to wait in the lobby until the official check-in time. However, I then approached a different member of staff to ask where I could store my luggage, they proceeded to check me in without issue. While I appreciated being checked in early, the inconsistency in the process was confusing.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite tired and in need of refurbishment. The lifts were noticeably worn and often smelled of food. The public areas did not appear particularly clean, and my room was also showing signs of wear. The walls were marked, surfaces were dusty, and I noticed greasy fingerprints on the headboard.

The room itself was small, but that was expected and not an issue. The location may suit some people, as it is close to Akihabara Station, making it convenient for train travel. However, if you plan to spend most of your time in areas such as Shibuya or other central parts of Tokyo, the journey can take around 40 minutes by train or 30 minutes by car. Of course, whether this is a downside depends on what you want to see and do during your stay.

Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again and, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The cleanliness issues, condition of the hotel, and inconsistent check-in experience outweighed the positives.

ロケーションはとても良いです。
Pros:

朝食の内容は良かったと思いますが、トレーを置くスペースが狭かったこと、食材を取っていく動線の順番がスムーズになればもっと良かったと感じました。

Cons:

機械での受付時に手間取った時の若い日本人女性スタッフの対応が、あまりに不快感が表に出ていて残念でした。アメニティ等の説明もなく部屋へ早く行かされた無機質な対応に受け取りました。その方以外のスタッフの方々は良かったと思います。外国人スタッフの方や朝食時の男性スタッフの方には、とても丁寧で親切な対応をしていただきました。

Pros:

Close to JR and Subway just a one minute walk. The front staff is so friendly and willing to help without being asked. She help me to proceed self-check in and register hotel membership. Check-in from 14.00 pm while many hotels is 15.00 pm. The self-service luggage room provided.
