I loved the location it was right across from a station.

Cons:

The third bed wasn’t really a bed and it was making all sorts of creaking noises so nobody could sleep and we had to just end up sharing a bed.

Perfect hotel and location to introduce us to Tokyo
Pros:

The hotel was close to the train station, very clean and the staff were very helpful and considerate.
Breakfasts were an amazing start to the day.
Our first experience of 'luggage transfer' was organised efficiently and painlessly by the staff.
No idea if the beds were comfortable or not, simply due to "jet-lag', and this is in no means a reflection on service / standard of the hotel.

Cons:

The room was smaller than anticipated, but we had no other Tokyo experience to know if this was 'standard size' or not.

Pros:

1 min promenad till Akihabara station och väldigt nära shopping distrikt i akihabara (om man gillar elektronik och anime det vill säga).

Cons:

Hotellet var ganska slitet, hissarna tog väldigt lång tid på sig att komma och öppna sig, och det luktade urin i vissa av dem ibland i några dagar. Så det städades inte så ofta. Vi fick också några lakan som hade små blodfläckar på sig (säkert gammalt men det kändes lite ofräscht ändå).
