Air con was not working ask in reception and got told the a/c doesn't cold that much the room. It was a very hot night and the room wouldn't go below 25 degrees Celsius

Cons:

Que al indicar personalmente en el momento del cheking que tuve una llamada por una urgencia con mi hijo y me tenia que ir, solicite en ese momento a la chica de la recepción si se podia hacer el tetorno del importe o una parte de él y me dijo que no. Escribí al hotel y me han dicho que no.
No es que yo no fuese o que no me presentase es que SI FUI pero fue una urgencia y no lo quisieron entender.
