Pros:

部屋も綺麗で直接エアコンの風が当たるとかなくてよかった。ベットの横に部屋のライト全部消せるボタンあって良かった。

Расположение в центре, хорошая шумоизоляция, при наличии автострады под окнами - ее звуков не было слышно (на 8 этаже)
