Muy lindo hotel, 2da vez que me hospedo. Me gusta la zona, está muy bien ubicado tanto para ir a la nieve como para los distintos puntos de Santiago (a 20 minutos de las condes).
El desayuno es muy bueno y variado, la atención del personal fue excelente.
Cruzando la calle tenés un Shopping muy lindo y con muchas marcas y comercios

El espacio de la habitación. Moderna pero acogedora. Tamaño de la habitación extraordinario.
Tele gigante. La cama fabulosa. Fue perfecto, volvería 100 veces.
Tengo un solo comentario. He ido a varios hoteles a lo largo de mi vida, de todos los precios y presupuestos. Nunca me había pasado que no hubiese un sandwich, o papas fritas, o alguna opción más relajada para comer (un club sandwich por ejemplo). En un ambiente más lúdico con la pareja no nos pareció apropiada la alternativa de sólo platos franceses, muy pesados y sofisticados.
Siempre nos quedamos en este hotel con mi marido y mis hijos porque tiene buenas instalaciones, es tranquilo el lugar y por la excelente atención del personal
Que subió el precio
El desayuno muy bueno.-
La pileta estaba FRIA, no estaba a temperatura de pileta de invierno.- No era para meterse.-

Las camas bastante duras, y la piscina climatizada no estaba agradable estaba muy fría
El restaurant de noche no tenia mucho personal, debio ser la lluvua pero eso no se puede hacer.

El personal es realmente amable. Se agradece mucho la cortesía y la atención. El estacionamiento amplio. El desayuno buffet estaba bien. La ubicación es buenísima.
Las instalaciones no son tan cómodas. La habitación que nos tocó tenía varias lámparas, que se prendían directamente en la lámpara. Por lo tanto para iluminar la habitación debía hacer el recorrido por las lámparas. La habitación no es chica, pero tampoco amplia. Los muebles relativamente viejos y pseudo rotos (escritorio notoriamente desbalanceado, y mesa de maleta semi despegada de pared).
