Best Location and best breakfast buffet. Perfect for getting to and from the International airport.
Pros:

Wonderful location in Rosebank; the hotel is right next to a mall and a variety of wonderful restaurants. It is just a few steps from the train station. Perfect for getting to and from the International airport. The service was exceptional, and their breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had when traveling abroad.

Bom hotel
Pros:

O hotel é bom, bem localizado e a equipe é atenciosa e prestativa. O restaurante é bom. O quarto apresenta bom tamanho, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã é muito bom, oferecendo tudo o que o hóspede precisa para iniciar o dia com um uma ótima refeição. O gerente do hotel, Sr. Salomon, é muito educado, prestativo e atencioso, resolvendo imediatamente um problema que surgiu no banheiro, oferecendo-me um upgrade de acomodação.

Cons:

Encontrei insetos no banheiro, e a equipe me atendeu rapidamente e providenciou um upgrade de acomodação. O gerente do hotel (Sr. Salomon) foi muito atencioso, educado e resolveu o problema rapidamente.

Pros:

Exceptional. The staff was so friendly especially at the reception and they even allowed us early check in and late check out. The breakfast was 😍 It's just a walk away from the Rosebank
mall and a lot of restaurants which was very convenient.

Muy buena ubicación junto al Gautrain
Pros:

La ubicación es uno de los principales puntos fuertes del hotel, ya que está junto a la estación de Gautrain de Rosebank, lo que resulta muy práctico para desplazarse por Johannesburgo y hacia el aeropuerto. Además, el Red Bus Tour tiene su punto de partida justo enfrente del hotel, lo que facilita mucho el acceso a este recorrido turístico. La habitación y el baño eran cómodos y estaban limpios, y además tenía una muy buena vista.

Cons:

Tuve que solicitar un cambio de habitación porque en la primera no funcionaban el televisor ni los veladores. El problema se solucionó con el cambio de habitación, pero es algo que debería verificarse antes de asignar la habitación al huésped.
