I won't be choosing the hotel for business trips in the future
Cons:

The air conditioning did not work, the room was 25 degrees and I had to have the window open all night to try to sleep. Staff were rude at breakfast.

Stressful and disappointing stay with poor communication and lack of support.
Pros:

Unfortunately, very little. The overall experience left me feeling stressed and unsupported

Cons:

Before my stay I had explained that I was struggling with severe anxiety and panic attacks and had originally wanted to cancel because I did not feel comfortable staying alone while vulnerable. I did not feel much understanding or support was shown regarding this.

When I arrived, reception staff were already arguing with another couple over a booking issue which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The room then became extremely hot because the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. I was told a fan would be brought to my room, however it never arrived. When I later raised concerns, I felt dismissed rather than listened to.

I am also still having to chase the return of my £150 pre-authorisation/deposit after checkout despite being advised it would be released promptly.

Overall, I left feeling incredibly stressed, unsupported, and disappointed by the handling of the situation. In my personal experience, this did not feel like a particularly mental health-friendly environment.

worst costumer service ever

hotel rooms very nice and clean

Cons:

charge everything extra and service charge, restaurant to expensive for service and worst waitress is well, when you enter to hotel reception charge extra 75£ for credit , i booked from Booking.com they never say they charge extra money for room i shared my food receipt nothing to clear for understanding

Newly refurbished rooms, nice restaurant, and a handy half hour drive to Heathrow make it a great choice for the travele
