The view from my room and the shower
I was on holiday in Firenze this week and had one of the best experiences of my life. The team at Porta Rossa Hotel Firenze, Colbert Collection were wonderful, sweet, interactive, supportive, knowledgable, respectful and overall fantastic! We were offered a free hotel room upgrade when we checked-in. The air conditioning in the hotel room was excellent and perfect for the heatwave we had this week! Room service was very good. The steamer provided for us was incredible and was very good to iron our clothes! The breakfast provided was very tasty and had a variety of options! We slept very well at night and there was barely any noise disturbance from outside nor outside our hotel door. The location of the hotel was PERFECT and closely located to everything in the city centre, especially Celine, Tiffany and Co, Prada, Zara, Louis Vuitton and Dior. Furthermore, it is only a 12 minute walk from the train station. It would be nice if the hotel had an indoor swimming pool or rooftop pool, but completely understand that it is an old building. We look forward to coming back again in the future when we next visit Firenze. Thank you Porta Rossa Hotel Firenze, Colbert Collection!

Room, location, and best of all: the staff. everyone was so kind and helpful and made the stay even better.
Очень стильный отель в старинном здании, но с хорошим ремонтом. Отличные и разнообразные завтраки. Отличный, вежливый персонал. Хорошее месторасположение, чуть в стороне от массового скопления туристов, но вместе с тем рядом со всеми достопримечательностями.
Уборка в номере оставляла желать лучшего. Случайно упавшая бумага или пояс от халата, упавший за кресло, пролежали все 3 дня проживания в отеле. Вызвали такси, но рецепция не оповестила, что оно подъехало, в результате долго прождали в номере.

Piękne miejsce, mnóstwo przyciągających oko detali, wyjatkowo życzliwi i uśmiechnięci pracownicy, znakomite położenie trzy kroki od rzeki Arno, Piazza Trinità, Palazzo Strozzi i Palazzo Davanzati - oba koniecznie do zwiedzenia. Wyjątkowa oferta śniadaniowa, z czarną focaccią, spiruliną wśród bio dodatków i innymi frykasami.
