使う人の心地良さをあんまり考えてないホテル。
Pros:

お風呂、トイレ、洗面台が独立していること
特にお風呂は使いやすい。

Cons:

エアコンの調整がてきない。入室後、しばらく寒くてたまらなかった。
机に蛍光灯がないので、手元が暗く化粧しにくい。
ベッドにコンセントがなく、スマホ充電中は机に置くため不便。
ドアの覗き窓を塞ぐものがないので、外から中を確認できる状態は気持ち悪い。自分で塞いだ。

便利な場所で安くて、気楽✨
Pros:

アイロンを部屋まで届けてくださり、そのままで構わないと伝えてくださったので、助かりました。
シャワールームがバズダブの外で体を洗えることは良かったです。でも、その外での着替えはちょっと引きました。

Cons:

コーヒーとかお茶とかウェルカムドリンク的なものが一切なかったので…期待して行ったのが良くなかったと思いました。

Our stay was great and the staff really helped us out. Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

It was close to the train station and many little shopping plazas and places to eat. The staff was really friendly and helpful. On the eve of our last day we asked one of the staff members (young Japanese gentleman) how we could get to the Haneda airport the next day on bus. He was so patient with us and with the help of Google Translate he literally walked us through the whole process of securing our bus tickets for our trip back home. He didn’t have to be this helpful but he was and we were so appreciative of his help. Definitely shown the genuine Japanese hospitality and we couldn’t have been more grateful for it.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty small but from what I understand that’s common for Japan. It didn’t bother us, we made it work.

子供と２人で泊まり、大満足です！
Pros:

子供がフロントや部屋に玩具を忘れていってしまったのですが、確認のお電話をくれて着払い発送をしてくださりとても助かりました！
梱包もとても丁寧で驚きました。　

また、朝食を予約していなかったのですが、当日に追加料金でビュッフェを食べる事ができ、とても美味しかったです♪

Cons:

ランドリーが2つあったのですが、他の方々も使っていてタイミングが合わず、何度も確認しにいって夜中に乾燥して取りに行くのがやや大変でした。

もしかしたらランドリーの混雑状況確認を部屋のテレビで出来たかもしれませんが、忘れておりました。。。

Excellent and convenient
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Enjoyed being so close to Ebina station and to several restaurants and a 7-Eleven. The staff was immensely helpful in helping me set up a luggage transfer for my suitcases. Would stay there again!

If you wish to be close to US army & navy bases outside Tokyo, stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient location close to Ebina Station & many food places & supermarket in vicinity . Rooms are small like a standard business hotel, efficiently designed & included all basic amenities. Staff was vey polite & provided amenities as needed. Loved the Japanese way of attention to minute details and cleanliness given top priority .

Cons:

Breakfast was additional cost. Mainly Japanese breakfast available. There was a Denny’s about 2 blocks away if you want a western breakfast.

Perto da estação de ebina… próximo a kombini é locais para tomar café da manhã reforçado como dennys e outras franquias.

Cons:

Checkout cedo 10:05 já estava interfonado para sair do quarto.
