Cons:

Pool isn't in much sunlight, small and murkey, smelled like vinegar. Parking was expensive and the hotel wasn't worth the price tag. The beds were uncomfortable and the pull out couch was worse. My kids preferred a floor pallet over the pull out or couch sleeping arrangement. Bathrooms are outdated. The action area of the Riverwalk was a pretty far walk. Overall pretty displeased.

Room for improvement.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good. Breakfast staff and bar staff friendly. Free evening happy hour snacks and 2 free drinks!

Cons:

Attention to detail with housekeeping - the conditioner bottle was completely empty in the shower. Had to call to get it replaced. Husband ended up having to go and get it! No bedding available for the sleeper sofa, had to call for it and it took the staff forever to answer the phone. No extra blankets, had to call for 2 more! Not enough towels for 4 people taking showers (had to call for towels!) and broken hook on bathroom door, so nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Only 3 pillows on the bed instead of 4 (so couldn't have 2 each). Staff talking to each other at reception making the customer wait unnecessaryily so. Just lots of little things, that all add up!

I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there again

Property was clean and food was good

Cons:

During snack hour, one bartender ignored me and my cousin. We were standing there and he acknowledged someone else . I cannot remember his name. The bartender Steve was amazing .

Everything was lovely besides some of the staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay, eggs were a bit too moist and bland, bacon was chewy, everything else was nice

Cons:

Certain staff were pretty rude and sarcastic, others were very kind and helpful. When I had questions about why I was charged certain more than what I was told and concerned how one of the totals didn’t add up with the times, one of the ladies was a smart a&$ and the manager was cool at first but not really too much help and didn’t seem like he wanted to help me figure it out.

Rooms have lots of space. We enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast.

Cons:

I wish check-in was sooner than 4 pm. The rooms are expensive so it would be better if checkin was at 2 pm for example without having to pay extra.
