Home away from home!
Pros:

I loved it! Staff was so nice. My room was in a perfect spot, high up, corner room, exactly where I wanted with a balcony.

Cons:

The couch smelled funny, the bed was too hard for my back, pillows are a little too fluffy. i have the worse back ever! Other than that. Everything was perfect!!!

Fun times in the River City.
Pros:

Convenient location with parking available on-site. Happy hour with snacks and drinks available at no cost.

Cons:

The pool was relatively small. For a weekend trip, this means a lot of groups vying for pool use simultaneously.

Breakfast was great. The room was nice. We had a surprise connection to my son's room on the roof. That was fun! it was on the expensive side for us and we thought it was actually on the riverwalk but it was across the street.

Pros:

I needed to print a couple of times sensitive documents. The system for for doing so in both frustrating and aggravating. I went to get help and Adriian Brandi provided me instant hospitable service with a much needed work-around and she did it promptly with a smile. She shoukd very cloned.

GREAT Experience! Money Well Spent.
Pros:

We travelled to San Antonio from NC for our daughter’s wedding. We booked our rooms with Embassy Suites on West Houston St. our trip couldn’t have been any better. The hotel is beautiful, clean and centrally located and just steps away from the River Walk. They offer a free breakfast everyday, complete with fruits, oatmeal, omelets made to order and a large selection of breads and fruits. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and welcoming. In the dinning room there is one staff member who stood out with her attentiveness, friendliness and willingness to serve. Her name is Amber. You can’t miss her. She is always there roving around looking for the next guest she can help. Offer her a kind word. She deserves it.
