Pros:

The breakfast and kick meals were great

Cons:

I didn't like they don't take cash, I had to find my bank and add money. I didn't like the charge to much for parking, also they charge $50 for WiFi. All this you find out on arrival. You should have all things know in the package that's extra. The floor I was on didn't have ice machine you had to go to a different floor. Never experience that.

Perfection!
Pros:

The room was super clean and the location was perfect! Right on the riverwalk and everything was in walking distance. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful! They were super helpful and very kind. The breakfast was SUPERB! Happy hour was so fun and Steve, the bartender, made amazing drinks. I cannot give enough praise to the staff for how wonderful they were. My family and I will definitely stay here again!

Over charges in the bill

Small pool can fit only 8 people in there and double charge to the final for 2 cars and I have only one car in the property still waiting for my refund.

Katastrophe durch den Lärm

Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, Frühstück mittelmäßig

Wir hatten das Zimmer 522. Schon beim Eintreten ist uns ein extrem lautes Dröhnen aufgefallen. Nach kurzem Check war klar woher der Lärm kam, nämlich von einigen Maschinen direkt vor unserem Balkon (nehmen an für Kühlung/Lüftung, siehe Foto, wir haben auch einen Film über den hohen Lärmpegel, es sieht auch so aus als wären diese Maschinen nicht gut gewartet). Wir haben 3 Mal bei der Rezeption nachgefragt: Jedesmal wurde gesagt es kommt jemand zur Kontrolle, es kam aber keiner. Zum Lärm wurde gesagt, andere Zimmer sind noch lauter, leisere Zimmer gibt es nicht. Das war wirklich unverschämt, deshalb die schlechte Bewertung des Personals von der Rezeption. Die 2 Übernachtungen und Tage waren das Zimmer betreffend wirklich schlimm. Aus diesem Grund werden wir auch eine Kosten-Refundierung beantragen.
