נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה שלנו, המלון תרם מאוד לחופשה מוצלחת ובהחלט היינו שמחים לחזור שוב.
Pros:

אהבנו מאוד את המלון. החדרים היו נקיים ונעימים, הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי ותמיד מוכן לעזור. הייתה אווירה שקטה ונעימה, והרגשנו מאוד בנוח לאורך כל השהות.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומגוונת, עם מבחר יפה של מאפים, ירקות, גבינות, ביצים, שתייה חמה וקרה. התחלה טובה ונעימה ליום של טיולים בעיר.

מיקום נהדר — מצד אחד אזור שקט ונעים, ומצד שני במרחק הליכה נוח מהעיר העתיקה, אתרי התיירות המרכזיים ומקומות בילוי. כמעט לא היינו צריכים להשתמש בתחבורה בכלל.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שפחות אהבנו היה נושא השקעים בחדר. היו מעט יחסית שקעים זמינים, ולא היו שקעים נוחים ליד המיטות, כך שנאלצנו לנתק את מנורות הלילה כדי להטעין את הטלפונים — משהו שכדאי לשפר לנוחות האורחים.

Загалом все сподобалось, ціна-якість відповідні, буду рада повернутися в цей готель ще раз!
Pros:

Готель розташований дуже близько до історичного центру, зручно добиратися до основних туристичних місць на трамваї або пішки. Сам готель розташований на тихій вуличці, ззовні та з середини виглядає гарно, персонал готелю дуже ввічливий.
Сніданки дуже смачні, різноманітні, і не дивлячись на майже повне заселення готелю, люди один одному не заважали і черг не було.
В номерах прибирають кожен день, в номері є чайник, чай та кава, маленький холодильничок - все дуже зручно.

Cons:

Шумоізоляція паганенька, чутно як сусіди навіть ходять по номеру.
В останній день перебування в готель заїхала дуже шумна компанія німців, які святкували парубочий вечір друга. Були дуже шумні, посеред ночі гупали в двері і щось кричали, а коли я була готова вже з ними сваритися - вони затихли. Думаю, втрутився персонал.
Дещо зношені меблі (стілець та стіл в нашому номері) та рушники, хоча при цьому вони були чистенькі. Не заважало б трошки освіжити меблі, постіль, рушники. Але загалом це на комфорт перебування в номері не вплинуло, краще стареньке але чисте ніж навпаки.

Nice breakfast room
Pros:

Area for breakfast looks nice, light from the roof feels good.
Breakfast was good one (I am vegetarian).
I got an invoice for my stay right during my check-in - nice and very practical.
There were more people from our project staying there because of our meeting in Prague - it made the stay even better.

Nice and cosy
Pros:

Nice accommodation,only 10 minutes away on foot from the centre of the old town. Situated in a lovely area with lack of traffic and noise Nice and cosy bed.Very kind and pleasant staff as befits professionals.Very good breakfast with a variety of food, different every day.

Cons:

For its four star category, I would expect to change the bed sheets every day .The pillows were also another issue.Didn’t have amenities,we bought our own.

Μέτριο ξενοδοχείο, δεν αξίζει τα χρήματα του

Το πρωινό ήταν καλό.

Cons:

Η τοποθεσία είναι μέτρια, 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό, τα στρώματα του παλιά, οι κουρτίνες του φθαρμένες, απλά το μπάνιο του έχει ανακαινιστεί. Το προσωπικό γενικά ήταν καλό απλά δεν μπορώ να χαρακτηρίσω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο τεσσάρων αστέρων. Δεν γίνεται να πληρώνει ο πελάτης 500 ευρώ τα τρία βράδια και τα σεντόνια να είναι σκισμένα, οι τοίχοι να έχουν ρωγμές, από από καθαριότητα μέτρια! Σκόνη στο πάτωμα, κάτω από το κρεββάτι, στο φωτιστικό οροφής.
