Food amazing, try it while you can. Apparently the current chef is leaving.
Top service comes as standard
Stayed at this property many times and I’m glad to say nothing changes service and attention to detail is always on the top of the list
Beautiful pub, friendly staff, great food, excellent location, excellent value for money. Will definately stay again.
We had a mini break at the Kings Arms to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I booked it on Hotels.com and got a 10% discount with my Vectis Card which was a bonus. The accommodation at the Kings Arms was excellent - lovely room, with all the usual fittings and accessories. We were pleased to find a fan was supplied as well as it was a very hot night. Evening meal was delicious - I had pheasant and my wife had catch of the day . We didn't book a breakfast, but I'm sure that would have been delicious too. Staff very friendly . Altogether a really good experience.
Pub closed 15.00 on Sunday and closed all day Monday
Very welcoming staff and the food was excellent. Highly recommended!
The suite we had was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was high off the ground which made it difficult for a short person to get in and the sofa was so low that it provided a bit of a challenge to get off it. However, that was all part of the charm of the King's Arms.
Very nice room and comfy bed. Food in the restaurant was excellent although be mindful you need to book in advance.
Historic building in beautiful small village. Room had all expected facilities and good quality with a very nice en suite. Comfortable bed but sofa a bit low for us older people!
Because we booked for a Monday night there were no bar nor restaurant open - we were warned beforehand - and we saw no one during our overnight stay. Instructions gave us phone access to someone based on site and an off site manager
Lovely food and the staff where very nice and polite .The rooms are very clean.
Fantastic welcome, delicious food and good service. Made for a super visit to Rutland.
The weekend was very cold and the pub was warm and inviting. the rooms were super, better then expected, cozy and warm on a very cold night!
We thoroughly enjoyed great service, delicious food and exceptional surroundings, both the suite and the bar / restaurant. Would highly recommend
A wonderful find for our 2 night stay, very friendly, service impeccable and food amazing.
Very clean, superb food and service we would definitely return.
Highly recommended
Really nice rooms, food in the restaurant is excellent, I would recommend trying this Hotel.
We were visiting family who live nearby and had a lovely 2 night stay, very comfortable room which was spotless and the staff were very friendly. Delicious breakfast and we ate in on our first evening, dinner was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
We spent three nights and had meals two nights in the restaurant. The food was excellent with an interesting menu which included a variety of local game.
The accommodation was spotlessly clean and could not be faulted.
