Excelente localização, conforto moderado, serve bem pra uma estadia curta

Excelente Localização e hotel/quarto bonitos e bem decorados

Cons:

Péssimo pequeno almoço - pouquíssimas opções de comida, era tudo menos continental.
Almofadas péssimas. Só tinha uma almofada fina e baixa por pessoa. Quando pedi mais duas almofadas na receção (uma pra cada um), só tinham uma única almofada velha, que parecia uma folha de cartão de tão fina e gasta que já estava. Dormimos quase sem almofadas.

Esperava mais pelo preço, mas o conforto da localização faz valer a pena

Έλλειψη παροχών και περιορισμένο πρωινό.
Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ κεντρικά και παράλληλα ήσυχα.

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν άλλαζε καθημερινά τα σεντόνια, ενώ ταυτοχρόνως λειπανε βασικές παροχές από το δωμάτιο, π.χ. πιγκάλ στο μπάνιο, ψυγειάκι και καλάθι απορριμμάτων. Επίσης, το πρωινό ήταν περιορισμένο χωρίς εξατομικευμένα προϊόντα για δυσανεξίες (γλουτένη, λακτόζη...).

Reception always well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees.

Room very clean, modern, with safe and beautiful en-suite toilet/ hand basin and extra large shower.

Excellent soundproofing from street chatter/traffic etc

Breakfast staff were pleasant and wide range of food was well stocked and restocked and tables regularly cleared over duration of 3+ hours and quality of food/drink exceeded expectations.

Securely Locked luggage room for use of early arrivals/ later departures

Cons:

Plenty of hanging space but would have liked some drawers for underclothes.
No tea/coffee facility in room.

Esperienza molto positiva.
Pros:

La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita, moderna. La nostra camera era molto bella e spaziosa. Il bagno grande e con tutte le comodità. Personale gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente.
Sala colazione bella grande e illuminata. Colazione varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Sfortunatamente nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato in hotel uno dei due ascensori sul nostro lato era fuori servizio e questo spesso ha reso lo spostamento dal quinto piano dove alloggiavamo davvero difficile. Sarebbe stato molto meglio farlo riparare, soprattutto visto la mole di ospiti ed il personale delle pulizie in continuo spostamento tra i vari piani.

Great stay
Pros:

They get the luggage for you for free if needed, when arriving and when leaving. Its location is strategic for moving in the city, close to the metro and interesting touristic areas are walking distsnce. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is amazing. The room was very clean and is all as shown in the pictures.

Posizione TOP, pulizia e colazione TOP, se possibile scegliere piani alti (4-5).
Pros:

La posizione, perfetta. Anche la colazione direi molto soddisfacente.

Cons:

Dotazione camera leggermente spoglia: manca frigo (anche vuoto sarebbe andato bene) e bollitore con the e caffè, solitamente per il prezzo pagato sono dotazioni da aspettarsi. In ogni modo nulla di particolarmente grave essendoci market e bar a due passi aperti tutto il giorno.
